If the building has good air conditioning it looks like it would be a good place to cool down and rehydrate in hot weather. With the tissues and wipe-clean furniture I'm guessing some people find it a good place for other purposes...

Watched a lot of reviews of internet cafes from before covid... lots of salary men would stay in them overnight as it was cheaper than a hotel room... Lots of them have upgraded with all kinds of free food, etc now a days...

I think they spend more time teasing the gender and identity of the one behind the camera than they do on the food. I have a hard time believing the almost profile shots when he/she/it/wombat got up to answer the door, where not very carefully planned and rehearsed. Based on the fit of the clothing, I would guess straight guy. Women , gays or trans usually prefer a tighter fit.
