Exactly. How indignant would you be if asked whether you killed your spouse? ‘No!’. Instead she talks about how’s she’s a mother, author etc… like wtf does that have to do with it?! She’s subconsciously trying to justify why she did it - to improve her life. I was so incredulous at the spin on it it as well - SHE took their father away. SHE ended up in jail because of HER actions. Narcissistic psychopath.

When the wife told the cops that Lorenzen left with a box of drugs and that he said he was going to flip something for 100k on the phone, made me suspicious of her involvement. She tried to tarnish his name. That dispatcher clearly doesn't know her job. Hears that many shots and don't report to follow up....wow.

I agree. I have seen many times where the potential suspect makes the missing person sound like they live a high risk lifestyle to throw the police off of their trail. That alone could have even made cops suspicious of her because he had a good reputation according to all who knew him.The only risk in his life was being married to her. By all accounts Lorenzen lived a very clean life. His wife was incredibly greedy, just downright evil.

The saddest thing in this whole story is Debrah loosing her relationship with those children and she didn’t do anything wrong. After her defence realise that her supposed co-conspirator was going to testify against her, they figured the deal was the better option. I also live here in Memphis TN. I was lucky enough to of spoke with Lorenzo Wright, when I worked for a electric co that L.W wanted work done in his home. I was the receptionist so I got to speak with him and he told me what work you wanted done (keep in mind I had no idea who he was at the time) but when I transfer the call to another co-worker is when I found out who I was speaking to.. he was one of the most respectful, kind-hearted down to earth person I had the pleasure of speaking to, at that job! Cause we had some real a-holes that we would have to deal with on a daily basis.. ppl that had lots of money, but very snooty with bad attitudes! Anyways when I heard what happened to him.. I remembered the kind soul that he was.. not just a celebrity.. that lost his life OVER SOMETHING SO SENSELESS AND SELFISH.. HIS OWN DAMN "WIFE" (and I use that word loosely)..

Only if the 911 dispatcher would have followed up on that phone call where she heard GUN SHOTS.....there is a possibility this case could have turned out differently. I completely agree with you about the 911 call and that has been a huge deal about the case here in Memphis. The main problem was that while Germantown is technically in Memphis, they don't want to be considered in the city so they have their own system for it or whatever they call it. So the call wasn't given to Memphis 911 for weeks and that's what upset a lot of people about it. Also unfortunately they are used to getting way too many 911 calls with gunshots in the background or about someone being shot. Crime is even worse than it was when this happened. His murder was very horrible but sadly it happens to way too many in this area every day :(

This was so well researched & well done. I've heard about this tragic case many times before, however not with this much detail. With all the updates & court cases closed, it was finally good to hear that all 3 of them will be behind bars. Wish for more time though.
I really wish Sherra would've been able to respond to Lorenzen's mother in court when she asked. I really wanted to hear what she had to say. Deborah just wants to be a grandmother to her son's children. She wants to have any part of him close to her. They are her flesh & blood, too.
What I always found very interesting in this case was when that reporter interviewed Sherra about her book, he started asking her a bunch of questions about the next book, & how Mr. Tell Me Anything was going to be murdered. He was comparing the book to her real life with Lorenzen. She loved to talk negatively about him, saying he was abusive. But, what I did find kind of odd was when the guy asked her at the end, if she had anything to do with Lorenzen's murder or disappearance, she says that she's a mother, a wife, an author, & police should find his killer. She said, for her name to even be in the same sentence as something like that. That she's a minister of the Lord, and she's never been in any type of trouble or anything. She's a mother, an author, a wife. Oh really...
You know what she DIDN'T SAY????
NO! No, I have absolutely nothing to do with Lorenzen's death. I love him. I would never want to hurt him, or take him away from our children. Anything like that! Nope, nothing! Huge red flag!
Idk, they said they didn't have a motive? But I think the life insurance policy is plenty motive. Also, I think that it's very interesting & curious that it was said that "Lorenzen" was allegedly over spending & in debt, however as soon as Sherra gets her sticky hands on what is supposed to be left for her kids from his LIFE INSURANCE POLICY, she's over spent every dime? I'm not buying what they selling. From the beginning they say it was all Lorenzen that spent that money. Remember, she was with him before he made it to the pros. They were together for many many years. Even when they did split, they said he was going back to his wife, he missed his family. Everyone that knew him said how giving he was. You don't think he was forking over every last dime he had to her? It just wasn't enough, it wasn't keeping her used to the lavish life style she was accustomed to. So.......LIFE INSURANCE TIME! Idk, those are just some of my thoughts.

Wait? What? The 911 dispatcher heard all those gunshots and failed to tell her supervisor? Umm, anyone else a little tired of hearing these operators continually drop the ball? I’d imagine he couldn’t have been saved since he’d been shot so many times, but if they’d at least tried to trace the call sooner he’d have been found sooner. This is such a sad story!

In Canada, someone will always respond to a 911 call. They will trace your call & try to locate the caller. I can’t believe that dispatcher didn’t do anything! I hope she either got significantly more training or lost her job.

I don't know how you acknowledge gunshots but don't report such a call

That 911 dispatcher also needs to be prosecuted, she didn't report to the supervisor or care, so sad 😢
Condolences to the family and friends 🙏
