Next of kin should be finally decided by husband only and any government or law should not be interfere in his decision.
If total benifits goes to husband parents they will be look after her wife but if it goes to wife's only most of the cases ,she leaves her in-laws house and live separately or remarriage.in that condition pension and all benifits should be stopped or recovering from her without any delay. Even no agency in our country made for rechecking that she done a remarriage or not ,for that ask from her in laws about her present situation. Otherwise government will not improve this side .
