As a military veteran I want to say thank you to our law enforcement who put their lives on line whether it be land, sea, or air. Thank you for the sacrifices you have made to keep our homeland safe. 💙💛
I lust after the Boston Whaler Montauks our local game wardens have out on our lake but they ain't got nothing on the boats the south Florida cops are rocking. Lol
I have been watching this channel over the past few months and once again have been reminded that all it takes to put yourself in control of one of these very expensive boats, is money, lot's of it. I have witnessed numerous cases of small children, ten and under without lifejackets on, most often riding in the bow being swamped by standing waves coming over the bow and then literally thrown up into the air. I even saw one washed overboard and a jet ski operator came to her rescue. With all of these Police boats seen on this video clip, I am left to wonder, why is it that we don't see any law enforcement stopping and citing these operators for such serious violations??
Hello Darryl. Most of my time on weekends is filming at the haulover sandbar and the area around the inlet (for the last 4 years). I assure you that there is a strong police presence. From the Haulover marine Center, the boat ramp, the sandbar, the inlet, all that area is always patrolled by the police. Check my 2nd UA-cam channel "Boat Zone Miami" I post all the sandbar content and you will see the USCG and the Bal Harbour PD stopping and citting operators. I was one of them this last Sunday (routine inspection).
I’ve seen these coast guard boats with 50 CAL machine guns attached to them patrolling local waterways. It’s a kinda scary thing as you try to remember who’s side your on,but that 50 makes you sure who’s side you’re on in the water. Not a doubt. ✌️
After 9-11, many Coast Guard boats were installed with a tripod and a machine gun. When I was in the Guard, we use to only help the American public, not so Today. Back in the early 70's was so peaceful compared to Today...Under President Bush, just think "W", The Coast Guard was a part of Homeland Security and that is where the guns are from.
It's just because you're not familiar with marine vessels. Nothing in any of these clips was anything outside of the normal operating conditions that the boats were designed for. It looks extreme to the guys sitting on their couch, but it's really not.
I drive my boat the same way, it's a hunk of metal what do you think needs repairs? There's no brakes, tires, suspension etc to wear out. Motor maintenance based on hours is it, the biggest cost by far is fuel.
@@SuperD1960 called out? You can’t call anybody out when you’re the one who didn’t understand the joke. Good video overall
Damn.... Didn't realize how much $mm of our taxes are going to these various departments boating budgets. Not sure how much of the action caught on this video reel is actually call related v. joyriding?
Is it me or is there a bit of overkill on the law enforcement? I mean how many police agencies are in charge of the area? I have seen lakes with almost as many police boats as pleasure boats.
That's just because you never spend anytime on the water. Of course you don't need them, unless your trailer floods and you need evacuating off your couch. LOL. The boat at 6:17 even has a ghost to lift you up. (That's a fat joke. Bwahahaha.)
2 weeks ago, I watched one of these “toys”, respond within 2 minutes of the distress call on the Merrimack River MA, for a passenger suffering a heart attack. They saved the mans life. Im sure his family doesn’t share your opinion.
We honor the dead best by treating the living well “This nation will remain the land of the free only so long as it is the home of the brave.”
Beautifully worded
Deus o ouça! Um povo sem liberdade é a personificação da tristeza...
The USCG boat at 1:15 is such a beast with the jet drives. It is an amazing piece of hardware. It would be so amazing to have one lol!
These men & women risk their lives to help the unlucky or ill prepared boaters a chance at seeing another day !
Thanks guys ! 👍
Man, I love seeing those Safeboats and Metal shark boats!
We all out here when it’s warm and sunny. Them boys out here every. Single. Day.
Love MDFD!! The best looking boat and have family with them 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
As I am not from the U.S.A i found this video very informative of who is who and dose what Thank you
So nice of you
Wow give those boats wings and they'll fly
Beat it, it's the wet fuzz!
Great video found this channel about a month ago love the boats
Welcome aboard!

Those dhs boiis really like slamming the throttles through there.
That's not the right way of going through a inlet. I learned that at the Columbia River while I was in the Coast Guard.
Being an avid boater and firefighter for 45 years I so wish I could have worked on a fire boat. I have a great fascination in them.
Very cool!
Thanks I learned something about the authorities down there in Florida.
These guys and gals just flat know what they’re about! Landlubbers can see it!😳
Can't believe the number of departments that have their VHF antennas slung back. May look cool but makes for bad transmission and reception.
I lust after the Boston Whaler Montauks our local game wardens have out on our lake but they ain't got nothing on the boats the south Florida cops are rocking. Lol
Super kewl vid

More government boaters than I had ever imagined. Thanks for the great compilation.
What camera are you using and what lens ?
Totally ridicolous how many different agencies are on duty in the US of A
They all have different functions. Work with a fire department for a week and you will see why so many agencies are needed.
the CG does everything all the other agencies do as well.
Most of those USCG boats look like they could use a little detailing...
Detailing is not needed, just functionality. Have a nice Day.
@@keithscudder7136 Exactly. Boats slide through the water much better with clean hulls....
Well, they didn't do an amazing job catching/identifying the Bay Harbor Butcher, so there's that.
There is an old NASCAR saying " drive it like you stole it" ...When you don't own it and you don't have to repair this is what you get !!
They take care of them, like your take home car. Some depts don’t have extra boats that’s for sure

@@BoatZone The part about the Coast Guard belongs to the Navy. Not true anymore since Homeland Security was formed under "W".
haha enforce immigration laws. probably give em a ride straight to the beachside bar per brandon's orders. some nice looking boats though.
Not in that state.
I should have joined the Coast Guard instead of the Marine Corps....
Holly crap surely have a pile of different and creative police names must be heck of a drain on taxpayers to support all those budgets

Miami-Dade is embarrassing compared to the other departments…MDFR makes them look like children in a mini pool
How is that so?
What a waste of money! You don’t even need half of those different task forces
Oh and what’s your plan to change all of that? Every task force has its specific duty,PLUS they aid other agencies in theirs.
