The recipe says 100c bloom. 😳 but thanks for the video. Great info.

Yes, that is why I heated some of the water and poured into milk pitcher to be a cool bloom, the other water was 200C. First 60g was 100C

@@EspressoOutlet confused me there since 100C is 212 degrees Fahrenheit. 🙃

I also got confused, I thought 100C was referring to 100° Celsius, so... boiling water
