Today is really bad weather day, cloudy, dark with raining, since I am awake, my headache doesn't stop, I took a pill, didn't work, I can't sleep or take a nap, this music is so relaxing and peaceful, and these comments...thank you for making this mixes of 3 hours for relaxation, thank you people for encouraging me that there is still peace and love in this world, i'll just try to close my eyes hoping I will fall asleep

Be strong and happy despite of what you feel right now. Just be 100% sure that your mom can see you anytime. And you only make her very Sad with your sadness. Especially that she can't help you, to tell you that she is alright and happy where she is right now. But you bring her sorrows when she sees you suffering and sad. Please try to be happy truly and move on with your life, so your mom can be happy too where her soul is right now, and proud of you:-) God bless

We love you ❤️ I’m sure your Mom was someone extraordinary. You are more important to others than you think! Some people need you. You can’t give up. It’s normal to be sad. Life did hit you. It hurts. It hurt me in the past, and it will hurt us in the future. But you have to get up and fight back. I have a bipolar disorder, and believe me, I know what depression means. But it’s temporary. Being sad is okay. Having emotions is okay. But don’t let it destroy you. Fight back. Step after step. Slowly but with determination. Get back in control. You worth it. You are an amazing human being. Don’t let life hit you. Fight back. Positive changes took time to emerge in my life. A year. Maybe more if you think about it. I was depressed, desperate, stuck in my dark ideas, and suffering so much. Without my friends, my family, I would have made a mistake. But, slowly, I took things back in my life. My sister started boxing. And I saw her changing in a so positive way. Then I watched videos of Joe Frazier, Cus d’Amato, Muhammad Ali, George Foreman. I remembered my old passion for boxing. What it taught me in the past. To never give up. I have this feeling of getting back on tracks now I went back to the boxing gym. After loosing my grandmother who was my like my second mother, this sense of purpose disappeared. It’s just recently that I got it back. Putting gloves on my hands. Fighting. Getting hit. Training hard. Never giving up. Discipline. Something I gave up. For many other reasons. For me it is boxing, for you it can be something else. There is something to do here to make our world a better place. You are amazing. You are strong. You are capable of doing it. Don’t forget it. I personally believe in you. I know for sure you’re gonna get back up. It hurts. It’s normal. It is suppose to hurt. But you are able to do it. I trust you. ✊🏻
Can we talk about how this sound gibes us flashbacks from our childhood when we were outside, it was sunny and everything seemed so much brighter and more colorful? It reminds me of the time when we didn’t have any problems and were just enjoying our childhood while playing on the grass 🥹
