Great video. I don't know the rest of your setup but it seems that you would fully appreciate an investment in better suited blast cabinets. You're at them for hours at a time and you are finding that it causes pain. I think you need to start a cabinet fund if you haven't already. Personally, I could use a ~6" step at the cabinet that I use.
