Daim Almond Chocolate Cake

Swedish Homemade Ikea Daim Cake. This amazing combination of bright almond sponge biscuit with delicious buttercream layers, sprinkled crunchy caramel bits on the top and milky chocolate glaze. Hope you like this recipe!
Ingredients
Sponge biscuit:
25g plain flour
125g ground almond
4 egg whites
100g granulated sugar
The cream:
115g unsalted butter
4 egg yolks
1tsp vanilla
75g granulated sugar
150g whipping cream
The glaze:
125g milk chocolate
2tsp coconut oil
*50g Daim chocolate candies
