Thanks, James. I needed to hear this. I have my deceased husband's pension and rental property profits so I've always fancied myself to be in a superior position to consider retirement. Because you brought the unplanned into my frame of view, I can now see that I need to plan for additional potential contingencies I had not previously considered. I'll keep working and socking away my pay. Thank you again and have a wonderful week!
I think I’ve planned enough of a buffer fore unexpected expenses, but you mentioned a few things I hadn’t considered. Always great to plan ahead! Thanks!
Mr Conole, that was a great presentation. I appreciate your recommendations for planning ahead for unexpected events. I'm not yet retired, but I'm planning on retiring within the next 6 months. Thanks for some cool advice. I enjoy your videos.
I’d be retiring or working less in 5 years, and considering this financial recession, I’m curious to know best how people split their pay, how much of it goes into savings, spendings or investments, I earn around $250K per year but nothing to show for it yet.

I think you should get a financial planner with everything going on it would be less load on you and you should also consider delay retirement
You should consider a financial planner
