good video, however i've noticed on your videos your music is way too loud sometimes hard to hear you just a lil recommendation and your videos will be that much better. But keep it up very helpful vid thanks
i did everything correctly added a new config file erased everything from it and added it to new player faces added one face matched up the number and still no face for my AI player, what do i do next
Hi, my face pack didnt come with folder called "new faces" so i created one but the problem from where my question come is, I dont have the config.xml file there. Do I copy it from the other face folder or what?? Thanks for help
Hi, the 'New Face' folder is one I created myself to put the AI faces that I created. If you already have a face pack installed then I would copy the config file and move it to your new folder for your faces, remove the code for the old faces and then add your own. Remember to put the r- before the image name and player ID in the code (see pinned comment)
whenever i try to open up the configs with notepad (or anything else) it just says record, Boolean ID etc. any help? I also dont have a faces skins folder do i make one then make up the config?
Firstly you are going to want to create a folder within your graphics folder for your faces to be saved into, do you have any face packs downloaded at all? Also, are you right clicking and then selecting open with Notepad?
There has been an update and apparently you now need to add a r- before the player ID, and add an r- in the image file name also! see below for example: . I hope this helps!
It's not working for me I have tried the process over and over and over, keep getting the same result in the end, no pic in the player profile. In fact, the default silhouette shape in the player profile has now disappear too leaving nothing.
I had the exact same problem. I figure out it was when I saved the config file to back it up before I started editing, I just moved up one directory to put it for safety, without renaming it to "config(BAK) or something. Well that placed it out of the facpack folder and into the "graphics" folder. The ganes read it before going to the facepack folder, and since it wasn't in a folder with any of the face images all of them went black. I renamed it and move it to another folder for good measure, and reloaded the skin and everything worked fine.

Hey I followed all your instructions and even added the r- and everything is there anyway you can help run me through this plz?
You also have to put the r- in the name of the image file as well so it matches. rename the image file to r-2000012345.png in your example

What app do you use to cut the picture out
@@PBILLZ Hey, I use www.remove.bg/ you can always upscale the image with Canva if you need to
@@SsorLoser thanks so much I was been looking for one and the ones I found weren’t quality enough
@@PBILLZ Happy to help!
Still not working for me, do i need a hole new config?
Yeah try them all in the same config file, may be worth checking the team IDs, when reloading skin make sure only the middle option is checked
I did the updated version with the r- and for some reason this only works for one of my players... I dont understand whats going on
did i solve the problem?

@@SsorLoser Ran into this tonight. Also make sure the image file has the r- in the name "r-2000012345.png" or it won't work.

In the preferences section under 'Skin' do you have any boxes ticked?
Yes, I have reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences..ticked
@@NS-fi1lk I am struggling with the exact same issue...
The profile pic does not appear
