I was hit by a drunk driver on May 21st he got arrested. I called my insurance company Geico they told me they can't even give me advice because I didn't buy the comprehension package. I then call back another day and they tell me that's not true they shouldn't have told me that and then they turn around and tell me they can't tell me a thing because I don't have the comprehension same thing all over again. I called his insurance company told them there was an accident they told me they couldn't do nothing without a police report. I'm still waiting on the police report to be finished I keep calling up there and getting a different excuse every time. Meanwhile the damages to my car are getting older and older. Next thing they'll deny him doing it because all the marks rusted up. Do I need to hire a lawyer because my insurance company won't do nothing and neither will the police?

I got hit by a drunk driver a few nights ago..now im in pain with no vehicle waiting for the police report to see if he had insurance and if he was arested. there was two witnesses behind me that saw him swerving all over the road one of them was falling for 10 miles .. what do I do if the cops didnt give them a dwi? its exact situation happened to me two years ago and almost exactly the same spot . my neighbor said the guy was clearly wasted in the cops didn't even give him a f****** ticket
