A lovely variety of things in your shopping haul. There is a lot of things I wouldn't eat myself being vegan, but as long as you all enjoy what you eat, that's all that matters. Don't ever feel that you have to apologise for what's on your plate, it's your own personal choice that counts. I hope you're not over doing things, and getting plenty of rest. Buy chickpeas in the cans and just blend it up for hummus.
We usually do but my store was out and I didn't want to go to another store, I kinda looked at it like a challenge lol I have never cooked them from dry before. wish me luck hopefully they come out yummy Tfw
