"whisked away by by some beauty on a vespa"... so funny and yes sign me up. I did take one of the Citroen tours many years ago. It was fun but no springs in the seats so the back end was a bit sore afterwards.
OMG That was SO much fun. I've heard of this tour, but have not booked it yet. It's a Rain or Shine booking! It may be a wee bit cool this December. Gotta do it!!!!!!!
I remember looking into those moto tours, I’m sure it’s a blast! But for moi, at the price I wanted to be in command. 🤠🏍️ We alternatively went on an e-bike tour to Versailles with Inaeri, which was phenomenal and our favorite experience when visiting Paris last April… this ‘favorite’ sentiment being a refrain in many reviews. (The bicycle tour to and around Versailles was a perfect counterbalance to the madness of being crushed going inside the Palace, and made the travel there a pleasure vs a chore.)
A few years back we were talking with a cab driver as we rounded the rond point at the Arc de Triomphe, and of course, the subject of traffic came up. At one point he observed, "Oh yes, I hit three motorcyclists a year." His English was excellent, but somehow it seemed that the sentence hadn't come out quite right, or at least, I hoped so.
Super cool video Jay..Unrelated to this vid but have you ever covered Bercy Market in any of your vids?I spent a lot of time in Paris and thought it was a cool place.
Riding through Paris in a side-car in front of the Arc de Triomphe sounds awesome!! PS - You've also inspired to shoot, edit, & post more video!! I'm taking some inspiration
Thanks for the idea! This looks like a lot of fun! I'm traveling to Paris this year during shoulder season-and just went to the website to book. Thanks!
Yes, yes, yes!! We are looking into this NOW🎉 The family and I will only be in Paris for two days in late May. Space Invaders, coffee, food and now side cares. 😅
I could not love this any more!! (Togo is my next destination...hehe). My first experience riding a moped was Rarotonga, about 18 years ago. I had to sit my licence twice though, because I ended up losing the policeman who was taking us for our test. 🤣 I love the moped life. (Not where I currently live though). 😉
So cool! 😊 Is this activity available on May 1, Labor Day ? Any recommendations on what to do in Paris on Labor Day ? I read majority of attractions are closed on that day.
Thank you for posting - I really want to ride with my husband. I didn't know the name of the ride company. I have a photo of my grandparents riding a motorcycle with grandma in the sidecar when they were young. I would like to recreate that photo!
@@JaySwanson Indeed I got to chat with him once. Which is always a fun thought now of how the english-speaking immigrants to Paris are probably all only a few degrees of separation apart from everyone else.

That would definitely wear on you after a couple of turns haha
We’re all going to be rooting for Paul in the marathon 👏🏽
That bike ride seems like a lot of fun!!!
It's a blast
That looks like so much fun! I would never have the guts to ride a motorcycle myself
This is a great gateway drug ;D
Oh my word, I need to return to Paris with my granddaughter, so much fun and what views!😊
It's a great way to visit the city with the whole fam =D
Omg the whole bike tour was such fun ❤
We had a blast

Bicycle tours are soooooo much better than hoofing it
First time is saw this bike tour from all of my research! Love it Jay
I won't be able to fit in the side car though😅
You might be surprised! Matt's 6'4" and fit great. He's even had professional rugby players who weighed enough to bend the metal step on the side car😂
@@JaySwanson 🤔😀
Really enjoyed
Thank you!

haha, maybe they hit him
Such a fun video! Now I want to definitely go on a sidecar tour through Paris. Good times! And best of luck to Paul on his marathon. 👍
You should!
Love this one. So glad you're vlogging each day.
Happy to hear it! Thanks =D

It's been in a few wayyyy back - I haven't been in a while
Ok but Jay cosplaying as Daft Punk is fierce 🔥
Another great video! My son & I did this last year and had a blast! Thanks for bringing back great memories!!
My pleasure!

I'm happy I could inspire a bit! And for sure, it's such a fun way to get around the city
That was so much fun to watch. Great energy!
Thanks so much! We had a great time out
That looks like so much fun- my partner would be scared s***less lol.
Sounds like a double good time then 😆
Rouler en side-car sur les pavés de Paris c'est hard .... Quelle joyeuse bande de potes !! superbe équipe Txango Tours.
On a passé un tres beau moment ensemble, c'est clair =D

The side car ride can even double as a little Invader hunting =D
@@JaySwanson Two full days all based off of your channel!!! 🙏🏽👊🏽
3:49 PAULY POO has entered the chat. Such fun! 👏🏽
Now this was a fun video Jay. Thx U for sharing this w/ us.
My pleasure! Glad you enjoyed it
Wait, is one of those guys Jean Paul? I'm pretty sure that's the same guy from the Travel Man video, with Richard Ayoade.
That would be an amazing cameo
Yes to Paris Motorcycle Gang. Waiting for the jacket designs.
I’d think bike riding in Freetown would prepare you for every situation.
3:00 LOVE THE SIDECAR BIKES

Losing the test proctor has to be high on the list of best reasons to fail though haha.
@@JaySwanson We were on 'island time' so everything was relaxed and chill...trust me. 😆
Fun!!

A lot of places will be closed, but I wager the tours will be running!

That would be amazing, what a good idea! You can find a link to the company in the description of the video - I hope you do it!
you’d think he got enough exercise retrieving the camera
It could be its own extreme sport
❤❤❤
🎩🎩 🏍️
Is it the same guys who took us to versaille?
No female drivers?
It is, and not yet
👍😎
😎🚀
Surprise Paul Taylor.
He's always a surprise of one sort or another

Excuse me but Vespa is for Italy. In Paris, I’ll manage with a cycle.
Do love a good bike about
Fun Fun… If the weather is reasonable, right 🎟️ 🌴🌴Aloha
That helps - but even a little rain won't ruin it =D
