Love seeing you out in nature, grounding. THIS is really where we all need to be heading with our work, off-time, lives---outside, in nature; grounding our souls.
I am doing an experiment. I put a garment rack that has 3 shelves in my living room. Then I put 10 outfits on their own hanger.on the hanging portion. On the shelves fit 8 drawers (Container Store clear shoe drawer boxes) and filled them with the items I use everyday. Like socks, lingerie, makeup, face, body, hair care. 6 pairs of shoes fit underneath the garment rack. 4 purses fit on the shelf where my outfits hang. Weird that it is in living room and not the bedroom but I wanted it to be in a separate place, just a me thing. I’m going to do this for a month to see how much I really use. I am done having so much stuff. I let it weigh me down. I want to move forward but letting go because I may need it is hard for me to do. I am a visual learner so this makes sense to me. I want to figure out my balance. The item’s in my place do not give me the comfort and peace they used to. I now feel very overwhelmed by it. I am both grateful and discontented with the one bedroom condo I live in. It is not really the actual condo but the changes within me that I need to figure out. For me I think it is easier to start with something tangible and then move on to the spiritual, mental, etc that is pointed out In this video. I appreciate Joshua content so much and it resonates with me. I am in my 60’s and I do feel different than just a few years ago.
I like this format. It would be fascinating if, using this shorter format, you expanded a little on each area of non-physical clutter and ways of letting this go. I am doing well on the physical decluttering but I am finding that non- physical decluttering is difficult, mostly because it is nebulous and difficult to define.
Yes I just really started my minimalist journey and I swear I can get rid of a paper clip and my kids would notice 😂. I did now come to realize it's important to ask their permission to get rid of their things so it is very slow and steady
I am preparing to move house after 20 years of desiring and buying - and now not desiring and having to throw out, I wholly agree! I'm done with buying stuff!
This type of content is like spoken word poetry. I love it.
Love this and the beautiful scenery, with content that makes you think how cluttered we really are without always realising it x
we need more of this video format.
Thank you for this video ! I really love having format that are not podcast related ✨ very calming

Hi! 🎉Good to see you here on YT.❤

The struggle is parenting, and how to declutter. Way harder than getting rid of the physical objects. I know it can done. The struggle is real.

My dad always said “just stay out of the stores”!!
What are the things from Hobby Lobby going to do for you? Will they enrich your life and what you're aiming for?
