Kakashi and Sarutobi suffer from "Introduced really early into a series with really bad power creep and threat escalation" syndrome. They had to be weak enough for early antagonists to be a threat but were also iconic characters so they got to be "important" later in the series so they needed a power boost. Unfortunately because they aren't main characters who are expected to "grow" and improve and get more powerful throughout their story like Naruto, doing something like buffing Kakashi to keep him relevant feels contrived.

And then in the show he is using Chidori like nothing. Then his Kamui was introduced . He again runs out of chakra by using it and then in the end of the series uses it like nothing.

With regards to Tsunade, during Pain's attack on the Leaf Village, she gave her stored chakra to her giant slug to be used to protect the villagers. That's why she couldn't use her regeneration and why she was all withered after the fight.

Ik this is a sattire video but the reason for that is that in edo, he can stockpile massive amounts of chakra with no repercussions since edo people don’t have to worry about turning into a frog. The fact thathe couldn’t use sage mode while in kcm2 is really telling since naruto said it was infinitely easier for him to amass sage chakra in that form. So , the reason why he didn’t use sage mode while he was alive is that he really wasn’t good at it. He’d probably be jiraya level or arguably worse at it
kakashi did try to teach teamwork and he did succeed with every squad that he chose to fail, however the team that he chose to pass just happened to be full of mental disorders, obsession, and emotional trauma (They were all pretty much a copy of his childhood team but with more over powered abilities.).
