A lightweight sculpted cape would have made this a grail piece. I do still love it even though it has a fabric cape.

I love this Statue, I wish I could get one myself. Sticking to Hot Toys figures is not that easy when you see statues like this one. Congrats

@@MyDCCollection123 I own this but have you seen the prime 1 1/3 scale hush superman?
My only issue is that there should have been a better way to attach the cape than to have holes punctured into the body. And the cape itself doesn’t live up to the magnificent sculpt.

I had to watch your video to see how the base went back in the box lol. My first one had a chip on the base so Sideshow had me destroy it. My new one looks 100% perfect thank god. I like the piece I suppose the only thing that I don't like is he's super tanned and in some way the pose is unnatural looking. Other than that it's a really well executed piece. I still love my original supes though that classic look is forever. Cool looking room! ha ha ha ha!. ;).
I was the same when I got him out the box but he doesn’t look as bad as I thought but still spent to long on the sunbed lol thanks mate the room just kinda happened not sure if I put to many ha ha ha on but it’s to late now lol thanks for watching dude 👍🏻
Ok,i paused it, at 16.09...there looks like a blank patch behind the red stone ( on left side ) check and see if that's where it could go...
🎉🎉🎉 we have a winner 😂 yes mate your spot on! That’s was a great spot dude 👍🏻👍🏻 Now I’m gutted tho 🙁 just to the left the red circle I thought the crack on that was from the battle damage but it’s not that’s broken as well.
Ah really 🙂 glad i did spot it... sorry it's broken though. Hopefully something that's easily fixed and plus it can't be seen, with how you displayed him 👍🏻
It’s all good dude I’m glad you spotted it as well! And your right I don’t see it and it does look kinda cool with that Glass cracked as well. I may still moan to sideshow see if I can get some credit off my next statue 🤞🏻 lol 😂

My DC Collection I had the same problem. Check next the magenta resin circle on the right.
As your facing the statue the left leg the magenta circle. Mines broke off rite there. Took me awhile to find it. Hope that helps.
Congrats mate, bummer about the breakage, and loved that the hands are sturdier than batwomans.
Cheers dude, yes it is a shame altho I still can’t find where it broke off but I’ll email sideshow and see what they say. You gonna love him mate when you get yours, he so detailed 👍🏻👍🏻
Hello, Awesome Statue of Superman 👍🏻 i may be wrong but the broken piece looks like it came off the left side of the base
Thanks for watching 👍🏻 I just checked the left side couldn’t find where it’s missing from.
Apparently, some Sideshow Superman statues were unfortunate enough to receive some very odd and poorly matched paint "bleeds" directly under the chest. If you find yourself with these "bleeds", you can either live with them or contact Sideshow about the quality control of this issue, as I am currently doing with my statue. I have also spoken with a few people that have received this statue, and where some statues are completely clean of these paint "bleeds", others are not so fortunate.
I’m lucky my paint seem too be ok? It was my base that was broken. But sideshow sorted it all out for me. Thanks for watching dude

I’m not sure mate I’ve got the same problem with the flash got to wait till April before I get him. All I would say is he’s well worth the wait dude! Thanks for watch mate 👍🏻

Is your superman foot seated all the way down? theres like a eight of an inch gap on mines, cant push it further down
Yes I tried pushing it further down but it didn’t move. My base needs to be replaced, maybe the next base he will fit. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
