I think this weapon is the best melee weapon and also a dashless melee is very operational and very fun to use She is not as good as thermal scythe in mobility, but in combat she is very op. thermal scythe is better in mobility but slv is better in combat but that's just my opinion

Perhaps there were inconspicuous delays when you were testing if TUS is faster than SLV at the start and 4.8 seconds is reasonably close to 5.1 seconds.
