For me, his casual setup is kinda fine. Start with slender touch, xmas ulti, ulti, double cash back and ice wyvern. The special just set it Q button as for movement.
You should use bloody mercenary instead of laser cycler, because it has no delays (so you can switch weapons as you want) and i think it deals even more damage.
you can actually "2catspam" if you shoot with weapon 1, switch to melee, switch to weapon b and switch to melee again and repeat, so you could use any 2 weapons for 2catspam if they dont have fixed delay.
as a fellow 3 cat spammer u should use the anniversary champion rifle cuz it has no delay then u can switch from back up to a sniper or from sniper to backup

yeah the new backup came out when I was in the process of uploading 😭, but I might use that backup instead since its better
