I stumbled upon this video, and then checked out the store...wow! awesome! Your product line is really impressive, looking forward to ordering some items!
Thank you so much i am a hand on learner, reading instructions gets me frustrated and i never finish...going to try this today. its cold outside need them soon
Awesome, thanks for sharing! Thinking like a leather outer gauntlet with drawstring layer would be perfect for shoveling and outdoors chores where fingers aren't so much required for tasks where I guess can sew a trigger finger into one also if required. Never thought about the faux fur lining and I do like the shearling and sherpa more straighter pill like I think that's called. Makes me think a polyfleece hoody with the faux fur inner lining would be awesome too more for indoors use.
These look so warm and cozy but do you have a pattern to make them convertible mitts? I never wear regular mittens because I don't like that I can't use my fingers at all!!
Hm.. I am not sure. I am going to give you think link to our written tutorial - www.onlinefabricstore.net/makersmill/how-to-make-fleece-mittens-with-faux-fur/ Hopefully a different instruction method will help you figure out what step you are missing. Please let me know if you have any other questions here, I would be happy to help!

I wonder if it would work with Rex fur..
I can't download the pattern. It says subscribe to get the pattern. I'm already a subscriber.
I always do a few stitches at the inner top of the mittens to secure them. Wouldn't want the lining to come out with my hand.
Great idea!
AWESOME!!
Thank you!
what is rgw brand name of this pattern and the number on it so I can save time & buy it please
Hi Norma, this is an OFS original pattern. You can download it here: www.onlinefabricstore.net/makersmill/how-to-make-fleece-mittens-with-faux-fur/
What do you do with the hole left from stitching above abs below the thumb? Did I do something wrong?

I'm new at sewing, How do you do it for left and right hand? Do you just flip pattern pieces?
Hi Arlene, That's right, just flip the pattern pieces over for the opposite hand.
Happy you asked I wasn't sure either
@@onlinefabricstore Thank you for answering
Cute!
Thanks!
How much material do you need per pair?
You will use about 1/3 of a yard per pair.
The background music is really annoying, though, especially since it's such a short loop. It makes it hard to concentrate on the instructions.
