I get a pfl the sad that i use a paid representative , and that i don't tell them. In reality i don't do that . What i do ??

What if the procedural fairness is on Chargeback? There was an error in payments, and a Chargeback happened, making the person use another account and was able to submit his application. What will you advise him to do in terms of explanation? First transaction was Null, and almost immediately he used a friends account and got debited.
Please advise him on what to do, cause the immigration are accusing him wrongly.

What if you were refused for not being honest and still not offered a PFL, but you were sent a refusal letter. Can one reapply or not?
