Yes, there is lot of banter, and most from Mark. But Mark is also really good at praising good shots - don't know if anyone's noticed? Generally, he's just one of those guys who likes to talk on the course, and I for one don't think these vlogs would be the same without it.. Thanks for the awesome (and free!) content. Keep it up, all of you.

I don’t always agree with Mark (I’m human, and not a ‘yes’ person), but he’s right...they’re all adults enjoying each other’s company and the myriad of awesome courses that they are fortunate enough to play.
Mark and the Muppets. I have been watching your course videos for a while and find them entertaining. The banter is hilarious. I also thoroughly enjoy Mark’s equipment reviews. You are nothing if not consistent in stressing the need for golfers to take time to get fit and work on their swing with a coach to improve their strike.
However, I have observed over the last few course videos and matches with Rory and Dan that Mark’s “friendly” ribbing of their foibles would appear harsher than normal. I acknowledge that we viewers only see the edited product, but I could not help but notice that Mark has no problem speaking and ribbing Rory and Dan when they are standing over a shot, namely short game and putts, but when it is his turn, the others are much more respectful; reserving their comments for after the shot is away or more often complete. I would be curious if any other viewers have seen the same behavior.
The above notwithstanding, Mark I enjoy your videos, commentary and thoughts on the game. I would like to see more product reviews, especially golf ball reviews for Titleist AVX, Bridgestone Tour B, new Callaway Chrome Soft, Titleist Tour Soft, etc.

Apologies for what? Having an opinion? As I have said many times I love your content however in my opinion youve crossed the line. Dean that is simply semantics and nothing more. The fact is he is preying on his friend's weakness which is bullying. The reality is just because Mark doesn't think it is bullying does not stop it being bullying. Capitalising from continued focus and highlighting of a 'goods friends 'weakness is quite sad. To label it as bants is actually completely ignorant. This is fine when the other party can give back the bants but it is very clear that Dan does not. You need a clear mind to putt and continual bants simply does not help his friend. It is clear Mark is quite insecure and this just another manifestation of his need to win at all cost. As I said it is quite sad. I love his content and think he is very funny but this part is anything but.
What you are discussing here is if “YOU” think this is bullying. Where the people involved the ones who know each other. The ones who choose to be together and play. The ones who are friends and share professional and friend relationships are loving playing golf around the world together.
So with your logic I would say your comment could be seem as a form of harassment/bullying online.
Please be more thoughtful about the people involved in the content and less patronising towards them.

Mark...you are quite right in a way and a lot of your points are valid. The viewer does make a certain judgment themselves, and perhaps that isn't our position, but there is some value in the comments. I love some banter and a laugh, but there are occasions where people go too far, and perceived banter can turn into unintentional bullying in the eyes of the receiver. I don't read the comments concerning bullying versus banter as being patronising, but out of concern for Dan, (especially as he seems to be of a naturally quieter disposition). I was greatly relieved when he said "I am cheering and I am up" during this vlog (as per my individual comment). Finally, and perhaps most importantly, I think it's healthy to be concerned for our fellow humans and to speak up in a caring and respectful way when we are concerned, and that should not be mocked (as can be seen throughout the comments section). #project84
Oh because a grown man is going to admit to being bullied? It is a simple observation, if you are not prepared to listen that is up to you . Don't suggest it's my fault for providing my opinion. The reality is you can explain it however you wish but in my experience, it is bullying and for you to feel the decision on, is it and isn't it bullying? is decided by the participants is ridiculous. Those effected are the last people to admit it or acknowledge it. (you are clever enough to know this) You need to have a look at yourself if you think your actions are friendly or even empowering.
