Definitely a motivator cause when you pop off with “try some hard fuck n work” I get pumped waiting to get off work and hit the gym I work nights and hit the gym after work instead of before work ,so i get all my tips and prepare for a damn good session 💪🏻✌️👍😎

Yes it's true, It is too easy to workout with the same weights and reps, you should be grunting on your last two reps, It's really good when a lady comes over and says your making too much noise 🙉 When I put that extra hurt in I can feel it in a couple of days walking around my home and feel that tightness of muscle expansion 👍🏼 and at 62 now, I pretty much have it all down and understand these things. and yes the hair is great, my GF want mine like that 😁

Can anyone explain what is the reason beneath doing the heavy compound exercises at the end and not at the beginning? One thing is to warm up doing two isolated exercises and other way different thing is to train cns very demanding exercises once sb is fatigued...
