Same here, my first time seeing them and good Grief I picked a great time... Lordi were good fun despite the technical troubles (Didn't hurt I was a fan from even before the Eurovision days), Babymetal were an education I'm glad I was able to witness, and Sabaton were just immense in a way I'll never forget, from how 1916 had me weeping through to Red Baron & the world's coolest Hammond organ, and even Parr's story of the previous time they'd played in Leeds to just under 70 people Vs. the 10,000 there that night... It was a bloody special show
I think I listened to it once or twice beforehand (it was released under a day before the live show), but it was super cool to see them performing it live
15:12 The audio doesnt do this justice. The ENTIRE arena roaring "INTO THE FIRE" was truly surreal. And of course the stage appropriately burning for most of the song. You could feel the heat from the highest stands (where i was on the 8 o clock of the stage) First time seeing Sabaton live and i will be going to every gig they play until one of us dies ❤🤘😎 Also left side won easily 💪
Nahhh, middle won absolutely. And you're right... I've been to a fair few metal concerts and this was deffo one of the best, except for lordi - idk what went on there - this was such an amazing gig!
Tommy’s wave at 1:11:52 was to me after I signed 🫶 at him and made my evening that little bit more special. Thank you so much for uploading this, it means I can relive that moment again!
Anyone else notice the irony of Babymetal (reaching out to make contact with the audience) trapped behind the barbed wire and sandbags of Sabaton's stage set?
Having seen both live... these guys are better than iron maiden. Damn, I know that's controversial, but that's just how good I think these are. Although saying that I never saw maiden in their prime, and I'm sure they were much better then having seen recordings
a beautiful vid to relive my concert in Leipzig .... i love this band from the beginning special thx for upload this and pls more of this concerts.... good job

Merci pour ce super live 🤘. Dans quelques jours c'est pour nous les fans français ❤️🤘. Vous êtes attendus avec impatience. Vous serez gigantesque. Un bonheur de vous revoir. ❤️🤘🇨🇵🇸🇪
I can finally say i was at a sabaton concert we were on tommies side (seated) ....i'd love to see a show that could beat this.... best night of my life (so far) 😂 Also side note why was joakim alway running back stage? At first i thought it was for the props but he did it even withought bring out or putting back props, he would just run off during a bridge for about 30 seconds
I'd say Joakim goes for water and a towel (he gets very sweaty). And talks to the crew if there is some kind of issues etc. Sometimes he's been sick. He's also over 40 now, doing a very physical show... even more so than the guitarists. He has to be in great shape to be able to do it, but he propably needs some micro breaks. 😉 If you look for it, you'll see that everyone else get's of the stage pretty often too. There is times even Hannes is off his drumkit while Joakim is having a chat with the audience etc. + he makes sure we give our full focus to the solo & the guitarist playing it, by NOT being there.
I too was on Tommy's side seated (we definitely won). And I agree, genuinely amazing night. Joakim is probably going for a drink. Its necessary to stay hydrated with all those stage lights, and also to protect his throat while singing.
I saw them in february here in sweden. And the place they played at only filled 2500 people. It was sold out. And i gotta say that that eavening was so fucking loud XD. But i want to see them at one of these arenas. That would be hella awesome. Thanks for posting the full show.
Looking forward to today in Vienna gonna see Sabaton...unfortunately this shall be the fiurst concert of my 13 year old daughter, who got sick with the flu and is devastated..
i was directly at the front on the right side heard one of the roadies shout bout the sheets needing to go before the lights cut out, still, was awesome
i loved this show so much. it was my first ever life show and it wont be my last. it was my first time seeing them live and it wont be my last. LOVED IT

Which tbf is something my bf would say 😂 Imma have to have words with him when he is home from work... Although it's been a while so not sure if he would remember 😂
Watched as much of Sabaton as I could take. Everyone to their own tastes of course, but I'm left scratching my head to think why they are headlining a tour with Babymetal and Lordi as supporting acts. I dont have the lyrics or the language I admit, but they look and sound like they would go down well in Moscow.
Yes, their fascination with war looks so stupid. Let them go to North Ukraine for a weekend. Their whole macho bullshit about it wouldn't last a second.
Are you seriously going to different Sabaton videos just to call them names!? You do realize that that's really sad... Not to mention prejudiced and ignorant. btw. You know Sabaton is friendly with & has played as a support band for both Lordi and Babymetal in the past (before they outgrew that job, now they only do support for someone on the level of Judas Priest).
@@nevertrustbob1 Yeah, people tend to be in their own hype bubles... I didn't realise how big Sabaton actually are. These guys are the long term replacements for Iron Maiden. It's good, we need newer heroes in metal.
