Girl I’m about to start my 2nd year of OT school tmr and your videos always help me feel less anxious!! Plz keep posting they motivate me so much to keep going
These are SO helpful - listening to your experiences in the field & what is worth it & what isn’t. Thank you for making these 💗 Also, I don’t know you but congrats on your move!!! 🎉
My peds FE traumatized me from working in peds again. But I LOVEDDD working with the kids so much. She placed extremely high expectations on me like creating new treatment ideas with EACH kid EACH day (I was discouraged from using games the clinic already had), documentation at home, & evals expected to be finished the next day. I worked LONG hours and literally had no time to eat and sleep. So I love that you brought up your challenges and the importance of mental health. I guess I can place healthy boundaries when I'm a clinician (not a student LOL)...
This is super helpful! I’m in my last clinical round as an OTA student and am looking to work in a special needs school also. I’m currently in a mental health setting and girl! It is so hard to separate emotion from professional. & Yes! To you setting those work boundaries ✨
Would love to see a video on how you navigate the emotional boundaries! No tips for you as I'm you get and still deciding between pursuing general education degree vs. OT. Thanks for the vids!
I just stumbled upon this video and your channel when looking for advice on how to prep for level 2s and I love this! I sooo appreciate the transparency about your struggles because it helps the rest of us be prepared for the real world. Also you are glowing in this video and I can definitely tell you got your peace back from the last video. Sending love to you from one OT to another!!!
Omg you are so beautiful! I just moved to DC too! I’m not in OT, but as a new person in the professional world and a STEM major I appreciate your advice! Definitely will be prioritizing me more! Thank you so much!!! #NewSubbie 💕

Been following and keeping up through IG! Congrats on your move! I just started as a school based COTA in NC! 😬 super nervous but all your advice since the beginning has helped! 💕💕
I’m really interested in OT! Just found your videos and they are soo helpful. I’m just curious if most ot’s need to get the covid vaccine? I’m sure depending on where you work but I wonder if most jobs or schools require it ?
