I've had these for years now. I tried other bags but I always end up going back to The One. Note about the rain-proof of the bag: All Eastpaks have this, water runs right off. The backpacks have a small cover over the zipper (like the front pocket on The One). When you feel like the coating doesn't work anymore or you wanna wash the bag, you can just spray it again with a waterproof spray. I've done that multiple times on multiple bags the last years and works perfectly! Never had an issue :D I've had Eastpak for over 20 years and I still love them (even though I love my TNF Women's Jester too :P )

I have this bag for a few years now, and I have to say it's perfect for me. Small but at the same time can fit a lot of things like wallet, power bank, headphones, tissues so everything you need outside. Strong enough for sunny, rainy and winter days. Can not ask for more. Great review.
Yep, you're spot on there. It's a does most things kind of bag that you can put more in than you think 👍
I've had one of these for years, use it as my dog walking bag (phone, keys, poo bags) and it's perfect. Eastpak bags are so sturdy, I wash mine in a washing machine and it never does them any harm. Only small quibble is the strap tends to annoy my neck a little.
I agree. If they made a slightly more premium version with a nice seat belt style strap, I'd buy one tomorrow

Could have been half as long. I am actually looking for a small bag and considered this one only after reviewing the dimensions shown on the various retail websites. You don't need to keep repeating how small it is. If someone wanted a larger bag, they should be looking for something with bigger dimensions.

Hi FGW. 100% amazing travel bag. I've travelled quite a bit with work and this goes everywhere with me. City breaks are great as it keep your valuable close to your body. It's worth it's weight in gold. All the best buddy
These smaller bags and messenger bags are the real EDC bags! You can quickly access their contents, unlike a backpack.
YES SWAT37! This is what I'm talking about. These smaller EDC bags should be the bread and butter of every bodies carry. This one bag has travelled with me all over the world and helped to keep my valuables safe. All the best my friend and thanks for watching

I was just going to buy one of these because i'm a vaper and my vape mod is fairly hefty in weight and this looks perfect for putting my vape, spare liquid, spare batteries wallet phone etc, especially as spring is coming and it will be to hot to wear a jacket. But i just wanted to see what they look like on so thanks a lot for this informative video. Also Eastpack say they give a 30 year guarantee on all there bags, so that sounds great.

@@johna6602 yes buddy. I did a review of the Survive 0.3 FROM Sacra. That is an epic cross body style bum bag. You might have the same issue with the Eastpak bum bag as it'll have a logo. You should check out Helikon Tex. They have some that's bomb proof and the logo on the black version is black as well. Can't for the sake of me remember what it's called though. They do two versions... Ones smaller and larger

You should have spent more time showing how you wear it which is what I am looking in the review. Needs to fit tall short fat etc so interested in that aspects.

The Eastpak has worked out brilliantly, my ipad mini fits in perfectly, first aid kit, mobile, swiss army knife, multi tool, wallet, mask, buff, hand gell. Hi, brilliant question. At its longest the strap is 58 inches / 147cm (roughly), and half that at it's shortest. This is great feedback too. Will try and add these details in future 👍

Hi Sorry I missed your comment. Looks like i Licked it but didn't reply. Yes, the strap gets a lot longer. At the moment it's probably a third of the way undone. At full length it comes to the top of my thigh. All the best

Yeah it's on the large side however the black on black marks it look a lot better 👍
@@MoorlanderEDC , I just commented that i was going to buy one of these and i think i am, but i have and do use a generic black bag from China, a no make bag just like this and i am a little torn to buy another bag as this no make bag is fine, i was buying just for the make and i guess the quality, logo included, oh and in blue.
great review very comprehensive I have maxpedition stuff which is great but you look a right tit walking around town with it. I wanted something small enough for keys wallet and phone as i'm always misplacing mine, based off of your review I will be getting one of these :)

will it fit average copybook? 21x17 cm?
Not tried however I'd say yes. It's 21 / 16 and the side would expand slightly to make the extra 1cm fit. If it was like my 3 dvd and a bluray, you might not be able to fit 4 in there.
