They should let him keep his accent to make for his character more interesting.

@@H4rryL0ve5Hi5Pu55y yeah. It would also make for an interesting contrast-the character was raised in the United States, yet has a British accent.
I just binged all 65 episodes of Merlin.... Then the ten episodes of Damien... I've watched Parked, which was great! And I already watched and was a fan of iZombie and thought Bradley did an outstanding job on it..... And now looking through his and Colin Morgan's IMDB, it just seems as though these two have been struggling since 2012 to find a decent job that they can plant their feet into. I'm not impressed by any means by what I see on their IMDB pages. Bradley and Colin are both very talented actors, their chemistry on Merlin was phenomenal! And they deserve better than what they are getting in their careers or the lack-thereof!
Why don't they just let Merlin go back in time, resurrect King Arthur and give us another 5 or so seasons? I have watched countless interviews of Bradley and Colin.. They seemed so happy and content with Merlin. It was not only a steady job for them, but it was a major 180 country wide millions of fan's favorite phenomenon!
Hell, even I could write the pilot for Season 6 to kick things off and get the series back going if they'd let me! They need steady work and the fans need a great show to watch.
I know I miss Merlin but you should write a fanfic I'd so read it.
they're not struggling at all... Bradley has been in a good amount of tv and movie projects like iZombie, Damien, Medici since Merlin. and Colin has been in a few indie projects and brit tv shows (like Humans and The Fall), but mostly he's doing plays right now. Colin especially would get bigger roles if he wanted.
I was hoping there was a season 2. PLEASE LET THERE BE SEASON 2! I want to see Damien again.
Seeing him possibly return in a future Omen sequel would be fun and to see him do Damien again

Yes. It is more noticeable from his side profile. His nose bump is no longer there..
he had a solid nose bump and sharper nose before and his teeth were partially crooked in the cutest way possible. He changed them both. Its sad cuz i loved how he looked like before.

Probably because this version of Damien (as I am theorizing it) moved to the United States around age 12-13 (maybe even younger than that), and as a result of living in the United States for so long, he lost the accent as he was growing up.
