Glad to see that the digital crown responsiveness and music app bugs on SE 2 were fixed. There was an issue where if you play a single song downloaded to your Watch, it would only play that one song and not the rest of your downloaded library. That has now been resolved.
I got Reduce Interruptions focus mode on my iPhone 14 Pro and Apple Watch S6 event though my iPhone does not support it. Probably it's because of my Mac M1 which does support it. Once I enabled it for the first time on my Mac it now shows on both iPhone and Watch.
@@emper0r5 As some people are saying on reddit, the Reduced Interruptions is indeed enabled if at least one of your devices supports Apple Intelligence. Otherwise you won’t get it, nor any other AI feature.
Yesterday evening updated the watch. Alarm was set to 07:00. Woke up at 07:20, seeing that alarm was active on the phone, but watch didn't vibrate. Now I'm paranoid - can the alarm function be trusted on the Apple Watch?
My battery life on this on a Gen 10 46mm has been insane. I'm on 36 hours right now and still have 30% left. I have everything turned on except the heart rate monitor. Yes, that includes sleep monitor and always on turned on too. Brightness at the factory 50%.
Great video, on a different subject, is it safe to wear an unsupported Apple Watch such as Apple Watch Series 4 or series 5? How vulnerable am I if I wear either of those watches? 9:57
Hello, are you having this issue where the “golden hour” feature (for lumy) is not showing up in the middle of the modular watch face like you used to have? I hate that i can’t see it no more, i had the same complications as you ☹️.
Apple should have given the 46 mm Watch 10 new watch faces to take advantage of the size. But instead we just get bigger versions of the same watch faces. Why not bring the Modular Ultra face to the 46mm? Or at least something similar? Hopefully in a future update.
An un-fixed bug to report that continues to exist in 11.1. I experience an issue with the Infograph watchface on Ultra II where several of the complications randomly won't load at all, and which ones fail changes randomly. The same problem exists with the Meridian watchface. Really annoying, and this has been going on for months now, including with this latest update. (The iPhone I'm using is a 12 ProMax). The exact same complications load reliably on Modular Ultra every time, so it is not a problem connecting to the iPhone.
There’s a bug that wasn’t rectified with the update unfortunately. I’m running WatchOS 11.1 on Series 8. In the Battery Settings, the Last Charge time occasionally does not update according to actual charge times, and will not update the charge time line and percentage, but it will update the current battery percentage. The only fix I’ve found for this is to restart the watch. Hopefully this will be fixed in a newer update.
For me on Watch OS, it’s always been the good morning screen that’s has been black without the weather information after the alarm is dismissed since many watch os versions and Apple Watch models, every update that comes resolves the issue for 3 ou 4 days, then it’s black again
I have an Apple Watch Series 7 running watchOS 11.1 and the AI that comes over from iOS is pretty neat. I like the notification summaries. The priority markers in mail and notifications haven’t been showing up for me though.
I don’t see anyone talking about the translator app ! In my phone it’s been buggy and glitchy from the iOS 17 and it’s still even after so many updates! When I’m trying to translate something it doesn’t work for a short period of time and then after a couple of minutes the phone starts to heat up dangerously and the battery is draining extremely fast! Also it constantly says to me that I need to download the languages that I want to use but I have already downloaded them all
Ah, the redownload of already-installed languages is something I still have. Apple will never fix this bug, since not many have it - or they are simply busy working on iOS 19.
Still has the 10:09 but when swiping between faces that never was since the first watch OS. Really hope this is not a feature cause it looks terrible. Also swiping left through faces triggers whatever complication is under. your finger during a swipe but not when swiping right. So you try to swipe a face but ends up opening an app instead.
On my AWU2 on the new update I'm getting inconsistent battery info in settings. The graph is glitchy and not visually displaying what it's telling me, it's wrong about the last time it was charged...it's bizarre. Anyone else seeing this? It survives restarts, and even a re-pair and even "set up as new," unfortunately.
WatchOS 11.1 finally fixed an annoying bug that my workouts wouldn’t automatically start after prompting Siri, it used to just open the workout app and I’d have to manually select them.
what is the actual difference between do not disturb and reduce interruptions modes? In both modes i can choose people and apps to mute. I think it would be useful if you tell your personal experience with this new focus mode, is it better than others and what are use cases
It doesn’t seem pretty stable to me, was having some bugs since watch os 10, and those are still there in 11.1 issues like: bedtime mode dosnt get turned off even when turned off from settings, battery graph is broken from a long time now.. shows incorrect last charge details.. few more glitches here and there
This one is off topic for this video but I’m curious how y’all’s performance is with 18.1, I have been holding off cus I’m not sure if it really is smooth and stable. Are there any bugs or issues? Should I update?
If you don't use any accessibility features, then everything is about the same. Performance is pretty good, and the only issue I have seen is that calendar notifications would go to the watch and not show up on the iPhone. This looks like it might be fixed with 18.1, but not sure yet. If you don't have a watch, you should be good
This update logged mine and my girlfriend’s Apple Watch out of iCloud. I had to go into the Watch app on both of our iPhones and sign back into our Apple accounts. Other than that, it’s been good so far.
I can't get notifications all of a sudden in iMessage, I get the message on my watch but no notifications, sound or msg pop up and I can't find any setting change. This happened after updating, so annoying
Quick question: I'm on iPhone 16PM running iOS 18.2 beta 1 but it's been a few days since I requested image creation request in apple intelligence. it's still pending, any problems on that front?
I had a similar issue with my Series 9 after updating to version 11.0. The battery started draining very quickly-around 1-2% every few minutes, dropping to 25-30% within just 30 minutes, which is highly unusual. I resolved the issue by unpairing and then re-pairing the device, and now the battery performance is back to normal.
My series 10 didn’t record my wrist temperature last night during sleep mode. Don’t know if that’s a bug or if it will take several days again to establish a baseline now that I updated to watchOS 11.1.
Ok I had the same problem, what u have to do is go on the watch app on the phone and turn of the wrist notification just the wrist notification that’s it. After that turn your watch off and wait a minute or 2. Then turn the watch back on and turn on the watch notification back on and it should restart it again. Check it the next day and it will be fixed
iOS 18.1 is working so many wonders for my iPhone 13 battery is so much better lasting me around 3 hours extra even though there’s snow and it’s freezing outside
Watch OS 11.0.1 hasn’t been very good for my Series 9. Battery has been draining pretty quickly. My AirPods Pro 2 have been doing exceptionally well lately and I just recently took the hearing test on them
