What if court decides that ED should continue to keep him in custody for more days. That again is ideally not crime-proved jail term, but still he WILL BE IN JAIL as of now!

Can Ranganathan explain how all opposition leaders are kept in jail indefinitely and without so much as a charge sheet. Our judicial system is a bit strange. It says Bail is the rule, but dies not applyto opposition leaders. They can be indefinitely held. If there is really a primary facie evidence as judges would have us believe, then why delay the beginning of the trial. Let the trial begin and guilty convicted. It can not take years.
The delay is to ensure that no judgement is given until the election results are out.
