Your a lucky man, I always wanted a ride on one since it was my first jet to work on when I enlisted in the AF back in 1984. At least I got an F15 ride after we retired our T-33's in 1987 but I still want to ride in one. Thanks for making this video and bringing back alot of memories.
Been a fan of the T 33 since I was a boy. Born in 67… it was still being used when I was a kid. The styling of that plane and its size always makes me dream of flying one. The late 40’s gave birth to so many concepts. The T33 always will be that magical moment between the P 51 and the jet age.

Hitched a ride on the T-Bird from the Fresno ANG Base to March AFB, CA & returned over the Sequoias in the early 80s, very memorable!

Anyone know the average flight plan fuel burn of the T33?
I'm glad you didn't land in the overrun. That was close.
where did the flight leave from?
What is the fuel cost per hour average would you say for the T-33 on something like this?
Current prices around $2700/hr is a safe bet with maintence.
How fast can this thing go max speed?
What’s your altitude and cruise speed?
FL30 380kts depending on the headwind.
Nice
