@@Bekka_boo13 lmaooo why make everything about the race? I'm brown and even I'd be intimidated or nervous because I don't like when people continuously stare at me when I talk. Even if she was white it'd be that way.

Lol what. She's looking at him completely normally, no different than I've seen men looking when they're listening to someone else speak. The difference you're seeing here is that she isn't hanging off of his arm or smiling flirtatiously when he's speaking. Her job here isn't to feed the male ego by playing Barbie. She's just being normal, engaging in conversation, listening to his perspective on a topic that she is very passionate about. This is what conversations with women are supposed to look like. Y'all really need to get over this idea that women need to be all smiles and long eyelashes and pretty faces when they're engaging in conversation. It's super annoying and causes all kinds of problems for us.

do all studios have a sign on the door saying 'no female engineers or producers' then or what. if you want to get involved in the industry just make sure you are as good if not better than whoever is doing it currently. basic stuff here.

Oh Clive..... There are male dominated industries where women face sexual harassment and barriers to even getting the job in those industries. Unfortunately SOME men are deeply fragile with toxic masculinity.
It's hard to think about societal issues if you've never experienced them.
There are plenty of women who are going for these jobs and hopefully more women will in the future

@@reeedazday4145 i accept that all those things do happen sometimes, but if you truly are the best person for the job you'll get it
