Hari Om Yogishri, Thank you so much for today's very very powerful discourse and meditation. I am very grateful for your constant guidance. Some important points from today's discourse: 1. God is one but there are many manifestations of that Infinite. 2. God realisation can happen only when you focus all your mind, energy, emotions in a single pointed manner. However for that to happen, all our other desires must be fulfilled else we cannot have such single pointed focus on God. Hence we need to fulfil all our desires in a sadhana way and then we will be ready for God realisation. 3. Whatever you give, will come back to you at greater force. Hence, whatever you want, you should start giving that, then it will definitely come back. But the same must not be done with the sole objective of getting it back but must be genuinely given. 4. Yagnya of Havan: The fire represents offering going to God. The offering represents your efforts. 5. Each aspect of life may be considered as a havankund. The offerings with respect to each aspect must be present and only then with respect to that aspect, there will be development. The gods represent the higher goals. Hence, by offering the efforts in each aspect and fulfilling it, you are moving towards fulfilling the higher goals. 6. Whenever you have goals, you should not only work for yourself but make the goal as higher as possible. By making it a higher goals, you will more inspired and that will come to you as blessings. Homework: start doing daily sadhana by including the Yagnya of Havan. Thank you so much Yogishri. I am very grateful to you for constantly shaping and imporving our lives and helping me in leading a better life. 🙏
Hari Om Guru Ji .. Thank you for linking यज्ञ principle to our daily साधना so beautifully. In essence we sadhaks can perform a deep yagna daily during saadhna. Quality of this daily yagna will depend on the भावना a sadhak will bring in daily साधना. Intensity of bhawna is the symbolic of अग्नि of यज्ञ. Mumukshtva is the intense इच्छा of a sadhak to liberate oneself. Thank you Yogishri Ashish
Humble pranams, Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏 Many thanks for today's very soothing session. We have to do yagna which is the yoga sankirtan with fire and passion. We should not do it in a sleepy state or dull way. We have to inspire ourselves whenever we do sadhana as it purifies us every single day. So it will be really helpful to light a lamp before starting the sadhana. The wick represents ego, oil represents devotion and fire represents knowledge. No problem can overpower me. I have infinite powers within me. Guru is always ready to help whenever I invoke the Guru Shakti within me. I have to give unconditional love to others. When I start giving , automatically any lower desires that I may have will be fulfilled. Attach I lose, detach I gain. For a very long time, i have been searching for my swadharma as nothing interests me in a long run. But I believe that now Guru Shakti is guiding me and I will be able to spot it clearly very soon. Thanks Yogishri for sending healing energy. One significant change that I notice in myself is that i am responding more to situations and reacting less. You taught this 4 years back ,but only now my mind is able to grasp this. For me to respond, I am more calm these days ,that is i talk less and listen more. By doing this, i am able to feel the intention of others quite clearly and act according to the situation. This is really powerful as I am able to slowly master my mind. There are so many things that are in my control where I can put all my efforts and reduce stress, and anxiety on things which are not directly under my control. This mental state gives me relaxation and peace of mind. I have so much to improve in terms of my activity because I always do most of the work in an uninterested , dull way thinking I am meant for something great and not for these ordinary, mundane stuff. But these so called ordinary, every day house-hold activities also bring lots of peace and sense of satisfaction in me. Kindly bless me overcome my tamasic nature so I can live a guilt-free life and pass on whatever I have learnt from you to my next generation. Ananta koti pranams to you, Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏
Namaste Yogashri. The explanation of the symbolism of Vedic yagna and its application in our life is really life transforming. With gratitude. Sreenivas
Hari Om Guruji, Pranaams 🙏 Thanks for the powerful session along with the blast of energy today. With the divine grace I could attend today's session and the point which inspired me the most is Bhava, which is the key for achieving anything in our life worldly or spiritual. We should always check what we can give before we think of receiving it like if we wish to get respect then we first we need to give it similarly for love , relationship etc. Self effort is the key to achieve things in world as well as spiritually. Our whole life is like a yagna where we are the Yajaman or the sadhak and once we take the guidance from the Brihaspati or the Guru and perform the yagna then our oblations shall reach the divine through Agni which is nothing but our inner bhavana. Deep desire or bhavana to merge with the infinite is nothing but Mumukshuktham and greater the fire more are our chance to merge with the infinite. Awaiting eagerly for the release of Shree Hanumath Dhyana in the month of November. Thanks again for the powerful session and the blast of energy today. Pranaams, Sadhak- Narayan
Hari om guruji... Do everything with the bhav of yagna. Without any ego of doing the action. Do daily sadhana which will help us to realise the higher. Thank you guruji... Pranams...
Hari Om Yogishri 🙏 Thank you so much for the constant guidance and love. We are truly blessed. 🙏 -- - Ego is the main barrier for spiritual progress - We need to sacrifice this ego not just with the righ actions but also the right bhavana - Need to have a constant check on our intentions, whether they are pure. - We will never grow when we take without giving back - We will recieve more when we truly give with the right intentions but giving with an expectation to recieve should not be there - Our whole life like a yagna, our personality the havan and we are the Yajamaani. We need to take guidance and progress. -we need to make our goals has high as possible and and treat our efforts as a sacrifice in the yagna
Namaste Guruji, Thank you for the powerful inspiration. What I learnt today: Learn to be brutally honest with yourself to recognise your limitations Focus on giving your effort before receiving the blessings Give what you desire and you will get more of it in return Gods also represent the higher goal in Sadhana. Unless we are hungry to achieve the goal, our effort will not be adequate Mookshatva is the ultimate hunger. With sincere infinite gratitude, Usha
Hari Om Yogishri !!! Thank You so much for the powerful discourse on the principle of Yagna One of the tendency of the ego is to always keep receiving things without contributing much. This tendency would never help us in growing in any way. If we want to achieve or get something in life, we need to put in the right effort or contribute in the right way which in return would give us what we want. This practice is one of the application of the principle of yagna, where we oblate our offerings to the higher which is nothing but the contribution or the efforts being put to achieve something and in return we get the higher blessings which is the receiving part for the actions we have made. But the most important things which we should while practicing this principle is that , our focus should just be on the giving part and not on what will be received. Our Bhavana plays an important role when we are practicing the principle of yagna. Our intensions should be pure and focused only on what we should do rather than thinking or calculating the fruits of our actions. When our intensions are focused on oblating each and every actions of ours to the infinite, we will be blessed with whatever we deserve to receive. Thank You so much once again for everything Yogishri 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Humble Pranaams
Hari Om Deep and inspiring session Every aspect of our life is a yagnya. The person who performs the yagnya is the yejaman, the physical body and the personality is the Havan khund and we need invoke the Guru Shakthi (Brahaspathi) and perform our sadhana (as well as perform our roles) by offering to the Fire. The right Bhavana is the key. The yagna leads to self purification and self development. We need to do our daily sadhana (yogasankirtan) as yagna with dedication and right Bhavana Thank you Yogishri 🙏 My humble Pranams 🙏 🙏
Hari Om Yogishri🙏 thank you for today's session Become a yajamana, seek Guru Sakthi, put in efforts (oblation), light the fire in sadhana through intention bhavana to purify self, drop ego and achieve goals. Inspire yourself to do sadhana You have infinite power to resolve any problem. No problem has power to bother you. When unconditional love given without expectations, automatically it will be returned. Hari Om Master ❤
Hari om The goal is to become silent as Yogisri puts it “summa iru”. The first requirement is to be completely true to oneself, to understand where we are, and from there thrive to improve day by day. How? It is easy. It is by understanding the Law of life ie., “whatever you give, you get it back manifold”. An intense desire, what is called as Bhava, to be free must be there. As a sadhaka, our job is to develop that Bhava and can achieve whatever we want. He says Guru Sakthi is always available to support and guide sincere seekers. Blessed are the seekers who can invoke his blessings through Yagna sadhana. Pranams Yogisri.
Hari Om Yogishri! Thank you so much for today’s session! Key points that I could grasp! Focusing on God Supreme- the One Infinite Formless Reality is practically not a possible feat for any ordinary human being. We are a part of this world and this world and everything in it is a manifestation of that God Supreme. In our spiritual journey, we need to transcend from focusing on the relative Gods, which should ultimately lead us to the One Formless Reality. Focusing on the relative Gods- the Gods in the Brahmanda Loka implies aligning one’s life with nature, without disturbing it. In the Bahia Loka it means focusing and achieving our goals in life in a spiritual way, by invoking the Divine. Wanting something for ourselves does not mean being selfish, it is only when we want something at the cost of others it becomes a selfish want or motive. All our goals in the external world, should be converted from kama to ichcha - attach and you lose, detach and you will gain- words of Shri Rama Theertha. These goals born out of Ichcha now become our Gods at the Bahiya Loka. With respect to the Inner world, the Anthar Lokha- the goals of self purification and self development would be our relative Gods. It is only through this continuous practice of self-purification and self-development can we achieve the highest good- Param Shreyaha which is God Realization. This is the path and the goal. In the literal practice of Yagna- the requisites are a hawan kund- which is built with sand and stone. There has to be a Yejamanah- the one who desires to conduct a yagna, who approaches a priest- the Brihaspathi -( the Guru of all Gods) who inturn guides the 4 other priests who chant the mantras from the 4 vedas. The chanting of the mantras energize the whole environment. The oblations/ offerings are then made and the fire is lit up, and the Agni Deva carries the energy of the offerings to the Gods, the Gods in turn send their blessings. This principle of Yagna, can be adopted in every aspect of our lives. The havan kund is the field of our activity, it could be our family or office, wherein every member does his or her duty towards the family, which represent the offering, which inturn lights up the fire of love and bonding in the family, which in turn will strengthen the family unit and fetch greater blessings to all the members of the family. With regard to the office, when every member works for the welfare of the organization, it will help in obtaining greater blessings for the entire organizations and thereby all its members. This clearly reveals the law of nature that “you get what you give”. For eg, if you give love, you get more love in return. What you receive will be manifold greater than what you give. When the cause of the Yagna shifts from I, me , myself, to the Higher, then the blessings will also be greater. Sadhana tip- Do the yoga sankirtan sadhana on a daily basis by following this principle of Yagna. You are the yejamanaha, your body and entire personality is the havan kund- the field of activity, the guru is the Brahaspati who guides you and you offer all your negativities into the fire of tapas, you are exposed to the celestial vibrations in the Sankirtan that can burn your karmas and purify your personality. You may light a lamp, to create the feeling of sanctity while performing the yoga sankirtan sadhana. It is the Bhava with which you perform the yagna that makes all the difference, it is the fire that carries the energy of the offerings to the Gods. We need to have a strong Bhava to be an achiever, especially to grow spiritually. Unless you keep this fire alive, you will not be able to take efforts on a consistent basis, be a yejamanah and perform the sadhana and move up in the direction of self-purification and self-development. The Bhava- the seeking to grow spiritually is called mumukshatwa. Thank you so much Yogishri!. The example of sage Vishwamitra was truly awe inspiring!
Hari Om Yogishri..Thank you so much for the guidance given in performing the yagna of self purification on daily basis in today's session.Deepest gratitude for providing us with the Yoga sangirthan Sadhana material to perform the Yagna🙏🙏🙏
Vanakkam yogishri My understanding is as below Start giving and you will start getting Attach you lose, detach you win Do regular sadhana of listening to yoga sankirthan as yagnya. Be the yajamanaha ( one who desires ), field of activity is Homa Gundam, offering to fire shall be your ego, put efforts with your bhavna(attitude). Thank you yogishri 🙏 🙏🙏
Thank you Yogishri for this deep, detailed session the ancient wisdom Self Purification and Fire It is only through constant self -purification by sacrificing ones ego in various areas that one can reach the highest. While on paper it may be true that one can reach god just by focusing on God, in practical terms this may not be work since our mind is attached to different things. It is only by fulfilment through sacrifice that we can reach the highest. Sacrificial Fire, Passion and Inspiration: Larger picture It is the fire that connects you to a higher goal. Here the fire , the ritual fire represents, the sacrifice of the ego at a lower level. When we sacrifice our selfishness, we are connected to a larger goal and it is the larger goal that will inspire us and make us see the larger picture, It is this that builds the fire of passion. Duty, Selfishness and Fulfilment It is only if one does ones duty beyond selfishess towards some higher good that one will be able to fulfil oneself. It is only through this that we will reach the higher. ////
Hari Om Yogishri 🙏 Everything in this world is a manifestation of the Infinite divinity. So we should not try to escape from any aspect of the world due to laziness/ tamas. We have to be totally frank with ourselves (and not suppress our weaknesses and issues) to really understand our level. Desires themselves are not wrong, but artificially pushing them away is detrimental to our growth. Wanting to show that one has grown/ purified some aspect is a sign that they are internally not established in that state. The internal challenges get more subtle as we grow, and we need to recognize them without falling into our ego trap. Our focus should always be on giving and playing our part. Then getting back happens automatically. Whatever we desire (love, respect, happiness, wealth etc), we should first give that. When we nourish the higher qualities (put in the necessary efforts), we get nourished in return. Yogic yagna: We should have the seeking for the higher, to develop and purify ourselves. Take higher guidance from the Guru. Vedic mantras - The yogasankirtan sadhana material is infused with the highest positive/ divine vibrations. Our efforts (in the field of our activity) are our offerings. Gods represent the higher goals/ qualities. Our bhavana is the Agni that connects our efforts to our goals. Do the everyday Yogasankirtan sadhana with full bhavana. Invoke the Guru Shakti for guidance. Offer all our negativities and the ego to be burnt up. Do this sacred yagnya sadhana with full sanctity. Thank you so much for this very inspiring session Yogishri 🙏
Hari Om GuruDev! Infinitely grateful to you for this inspiring session today. The nididyasana sadhana was very deep and empowering. Thank you so so so very much GuruDev. Inputs from today's session:- Any number of Gods may be there, but every God represents only the infinite. So the worship of any God is the worship of the infinite. When we want something in life, we have to first be ready to give. The more we have the bhavana of giving the more we will receive. When we serve for the higher cause, we will receive all the benefits but our intention behind the service should not be of the benefits. YAGNYA - The fire ritual: Yagnya is the fire ritual performed with the Havan kund, the oblation and the fire. The person who performs the Yagnya is the priest and the person who wants to perform the yagnya is the Yajamana. In our context, the Havan kund represents the field of action, the oblation represents our talents and efforts and the fire represents our bhavana or passion of self purification. Here we are the Yajamana who should have the bhavana to perform this yagnya to nourish our own self. Sadhana to be done:- To feel the bhavana of self purification within us while doing our sadhana. Infinite thanks to you GuruDev for everything. Deepest Gratitude and Humble Pranaams. Hari Om GuruDev.
Thank You Sir. What i understand is that what is required in the yogic approach is not necessarily the same as what is required in the general spiritual approach. Grateful to You for devoting so much time to explain this so beautifully with the Havan Kund ritual. Every time a story is repeated, the impact is deeper. Thank You for the story of Vishwamitra. The state of ANANYA CHITTHA is a dream state. Will practice that for atleast a few seconds 😊 tonite. Most grateful to You. Sadhak😊
Thank you very much Yogishri for enriching the ordinary Sadak like me and many others by these inspiring discourses week after week. Today's session was so powerful. Thanks once again Hari Om.
Hari Om Yogishri That formless power - god is only one, but its manifestations are infinite. You cannot escape the manifestations, as the entire world is the manifestation of that God. Be frank with yourself, only then you will know in what spiritual level you are in. At the cosmic level be one with nature. At the outer level fullfill all your desires in a Sadhana way. Your whole life is the havan kund. Have the desire to grow. Fix goal. Make your goal as higher as possible so that you become more inspired and you put your full heart and soul in the pursuit to achieving that goal Take guidance from the Guru Put all your efforts in achieving that goal of yours by using your talent. In this whole pursuit it is your Bhavana which is the key. You are the creator of your life *Before doing Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana, invoke the Guru Shakti, then play the Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana with the attitude of self purification and to become one with the infinite.* Every action has to be done as a yagya. Pranams 🙏 #Yogishri
Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🏻 The Points learned in today's lecture are :- 1. We naturally pick up those principles to practice and make it our own which we are able to understand as per our own level of development. 2. We must brutally truthful to ourselves to understand our own level at which we are right now. This is because as we grow in our path of self purification, the play of ego to pull us away from our path become very subtle. 3. We should understand that our ego is trying to pull us away from our path of आत्मशुध्दी & आत्मवृध्दी when we are not following what our Guru is asking us to do. 4. Feeling shy to share Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana and Sunday Discourses with others is a selfish behavior from our side which is a play of ego. Our mind's play of giving all reasons for not doing daily sadhana and not attending Sunday lectures is also a play of ego. 5. We should do our Daily Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana as a Yagnya. Where we are aYajamana, our personality is a Havan Kund and Fire God is our Intense Bhavana for self purification and self development. 6. When we do our daily Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana with Bhavana that we are performing Yagnya, then that will give scantity to our sadhana. 7. Whatever we give to others we get it in return. If we want love then we must first give that unconditional love to others. Unconditional love means loving the other person without any expectations. 8. When we are receiving so much from our Guru then we should also serve him by spreading this divine sadhana and knowledge to the maximum of people so that they will also benefit from it. 9. Sadhana Tip :- Sit for Daily Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana with that Intense Bhavana as a Yajmaan who is performing Yagnya. Light a oil lamp to bring that scantity and divinity to our sadhana. Thank you Yogishri☺️🌹 Hari Om🙇🏻♀️ Neha
Pranam Guruji. Here are today's notes 1. Parasparam - It involves give and take. My part of role is to give. Whatever I give, will be given back to me. If I want love - Give love If I want respect - Give respect Think of all the desires I have and start giving 2. Yagna - A Yajaman is the person, who performs Yagna because he is seeking. To perform Yagna, Yajaman invokes Brahaspati, who guides and helps to perform Yagna. In Havankunda, Ahuti is given, which raises fire. And fire carries oblation to the Gods. Homework - To perform daily Sadhna as Yagna. 1. Invoke Guru Shakti (Represents Brahaspati) - Lamp can be lighted up to invoke. 2. Havankund, is my own personality 3. Sadhana Material is the Holy chanting that energies Yajaman. 4. Oblation is the effort. 5. Seeking for self-improvement and the highest. is the fire. Thank you so much Gurudev for making my life better. With lots of gratitude. Nimish Garg

Hari Om Yogishri !!! Thank You so much for the powerful discourse on the principle of Yagna
One of the tendency of the ego is to always keep receiving things without contributing much.

Attach you lose, detach you win
Do regular sadhana of listening to yoga sankirthan as yagnya. Be the yajamanaha ( one who desires ), field of activity is Homa Gundam, offering to fire shall be your ego, put efforts with your bhavna(attitude).
Thank you yogishri 🙏 🙏🙏
Thank you Yogishri for this deep, detailed session the ancient wisdom
Self Purification and Fire
It is only through constant self -purification by sacrificing ones ego in various areas that one can reach the highest. While on paper it may be true that one can reach god just by focusing on God, in practical terms this may not be work since our mind is attached to different things. It is only by fulfilment through sacrifice that we can reach the highest.
Sacrificial Fire, Passion and Inspiration: Larger picture
It is the fire that connects you to a higher goal. Here the fire , the ritual fire represents, the sacrifice of the ego at a lower level. When we sacrifice our selfishness, we are connected to a larger goal and it is the larger goal that will inspire us and make us see the larger picture, It is this that builds the fire of passion.
Duty, Selfishness and Fulfilment
It is only if one does ones duty beyond selfishess towards some higher good that one will be able to fulfil oneself. It is only through this that we will reach the higher.

Pranam Yogishri
Thank you very much for today's Divine session.
HARI OM
Hari Om Yogishri 🙏
Everything in this world is a manifestation of the Infinite divinity.
Inputs from today's session:-
Any number of Gods may be there, but every God represents only the infinite. So the worship of any God is the worship of the infinite.
When we want something in life, we have to first be ready to give. The more we have the bhavana of giving the more we will receive. When we serve for the higher cause, we will receive all the benefits but our intention behind the service should not be of the benefits.
YAGNYA - The fire ritual:
Yagnya is the fire ritual performed with the Havan kund, the oblation and the fire.
Sadhana to be done:-
To feel the bhavana of self purification within us while doing our sadhana.
Sadhak😊
Thank you guru ji 🙏 Hari om 🙏
Hari Om Yogishri!!!
Thank you very much Yogishri for enriching the ordinary Sadak like me and many others by these inspiring discourses week after week. Today's session was so powerful. Thanks once again Hari Om.
I am developing a fire in me..Step by step
Hari Om Yogishri
That formless power - god is only one, but its manifestations are infinite.
Fix goal. Make your goal as higher as possible so that you become more inspired and you put your full heart and soul in the pursuit to achieving that goal
Take guidance from the Guru
Put all your efforts in achieving that goal of yours by using your talent.
In this whole pursuit it is your Bhavana which is the key. You are the creator of your life
*Before doing Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana, invoke the Guru Shakti, then play the Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana with the attitude of self purification and to become one with the infinite.*
Every action has to be done as a yagya.
Pranams 🙏 #Yogishri

The Points learned in today's lecture are :-
Thank you Yogishri☺️🌹
Hari Om🙇🏻♀️
Neha
Pranam Guruji. Here are today's notes
1. Parasparam - It involves give and take. My part of role is to give. Whatever I give, will be given back to me.
If I want love - Give love
If I want respect - Give respect
Think of all the desires I have and start giving
2. Havankund, is my own personality
3. Sadhana Material is the Holy chanting that energies Yajaman.
4. Oblation is the effort.
5. Seeking for self-improvement and the highest. is the fire.
Thank you so much Gurudev for making my life better.
With lots of gratitude.
