I'm surprised there was a lack of NE Tarrant County municipalities. Yes, you did mention FW but folks there are trying to get here. I may be biased in terms of Keller due to my residency however I don't see how a Metroplex list doesn't include Southlake, Grapevine, Roanoke, North Lake, Trophy Club, Argyle, Justin or Saginaw. The whole Alliance corridor is the growth center of DFW

we live in south Fl , Fl has changed so much !! Cost of living very high , traffic is horrible , we have the worst drivers here , very rude people , costumer service does not exist at all, you better speak Spanish 😅😅 the only think we love is the beach !! But we are relocating to Texas , as a travel nurse I really liked Texas DFW love it !! so much culture there , miami is very expensive , I rather come often and settle in another state , and salaries !! Very low no jobs is crazy here

@@livinginfortworth Lol….?……not really, it is actually sad……schools, roads, electrical grid….the current Texas legislators are destroying Texas…Realtors should warn perspective buyers that property taxes will only increase in the foreseeable future…yes, there are jobs, but companies moving to Texas get HUGE tax abatements, and taxpayers ultimately pay the price. I have lived in Texas and other states with no state income tax, Texas , by far, has the highest tax…..again, totally unfair property tax system 👎

The list is biased towards North Dallas communities. To be sure there are nice cities there. But affordability, generous park space and chronic traffic congestion are issues new homebuyers would also take into account. If they were taken into account Mansfield and Cedar Hill would have made the list. They are scenic communities which are more affordable. Of course the realtors who made this video want homebuyers to chose the most priciest areas because that means bigger commissions.

I just comment same thing lol.. what about Desoto that's 56% black owned (first since black wall street tulsa), Duncanville.. also very diverse & safe with 2nd biggest school in the nation that wins state every year.. Arlington etc.. it did seem bias but she's older & the older people of dallas look at migrating north like a upgrade.

Woohoo go Carrollton! Love seeing my city here. My favorite thing about where I live is how easy it is to go to literally any store i need. The grid like major streets in Carrollton and surrounding areas make it easy to go anywhere. And the central location makes it easy to jump on a highway and go all over DFW

I wish I could move away from North Dallas area and out of Texas. I miss living in San Francisco Bay Area in Summer 2019 when I did my internship. The scenery there was beautiful. Pixar was also the most amazing place I had ever experienced. I am working remotely right now at a game company and building up what I can. I would never recommend anyone move to Texas. Oak Cliffian here. I'll give you secret Jewel of the city. Cuz Grand Prairie is the only Southern sector city you named. Look up Lakeridge in Cedarhill. Lakeridge had the best model houses in the metro. All the houses are different & Huge. Dion Sanders, Mr. Brown from Tyler Perry movies etc.. all lived there before. It's super safe & diverse. Diversity & Safety are the important to the new home buyers. It kind of look like the Hollywood hills cuz they have houses on hills & has the HIGHEST elevated Mansion in Texas. School is also great there. Nobody ever talks about it like it's a kept secret or something. You should check that out!
