Riello burners are the easiest burners to work on and diagnose if you know how to use a simple meter. By far the best burner. they make becket look like there 100 years behind. I hope this wasnt a class.
I have a riello 40 and have taken care of it for about 20+ years. I"m very good with all adjust and maint. Anytime I'm around the burner and she is cycling to ignite I stick around, just to make sure she is doing ok. This morning she started to cycle on so I stood there. Cycle started... she ignited and popped right out (no protection devices kicked in) blower / pump continued as if unit didn't ignite and split second later unit started fine. Any ideas? Ignition pack?
Hi I would push the red button and the furance would kick on but not light up after trying that 3 times I left it and tried it again the next day and now when i push the red button it wont even kick in why is this?
With basic training and the trouble shooting chart it takes AT THE MOST 5 minutes to trouble shoot! Comments on this video by these so called instructor clearly shows they should attend a training session!! Sad to see that Parts aren't available at any Heating Wholesaler.
