It was so different back then, so much better in so many ways. I love the 80's. The talent, the look, and just great music. No one was all pierced up or showing off hideous tattoos. Martha is a very attractive, beautiful woman. I do not recall ever seeing her in short hair. "Suddenly last Summer", all time favourite. Thanks Martha for what you done for music and great looks.
@@arthurbishop3173 I agree 70 and 80’s were the best because most were true artist creating different styles and perspective. Now everyone is copying each other.
Martha is so talented (and beautiful as well!). Such an incredible singer. This interview is in regards to "Policy," her debut solo album from 1987. If you don't own this album, seek it out--it's brilliant music. The production is top notch and she sings with her usual emotional and technical skill. There is not a weak song on the album.
Life nowadays sux. Seeing or hearing Martha takes me back to the days when life was good. Her beauty and talent make my heart sink every time I hear or see her. She even brings a little joy to the f'ed world we live in today. Thanks for all your gifts to us Martha.
Not a judgement or anything..but am I the only one who thinks Martha Davis is sexually attracted to/flirting with the blonde woman who is interviewing her? lol

Greg, you said it all exactly!
Prefer the 70s, but agree with everything else you said, including SLS as my favorite Motels' song. Timeless tune.
