I’m old AF , watched Johnny O on the Mugen Honda at Indian dunes way back when and I don’t change my allegiance often. With that said , listening to Joey savatgy I have a new guy and manufacturer to pull for. Well done.
I ran my steering stem really tight. I did it to stop head shake (speed wobble) . I later found out my issue. I would pull and push unequally on my bars. row machine is how I found out my problem. On track I never had an issue turning. It made everything stable for me. I corrected my pull and push over time but still ran it tight to have a stable bike. Greatly helped high speed hard pack rutted like Glen Helen. It wears out your bearings and races fast . They are designed to roll smoothly

I spend 5 hours a week listening to him so it’s natural to feel some sort of connection. Like AC said, just own that shit. Throw a peace sign, shoot a bird, moon em, anything.

Did you guys not watch the races at the end? Everyone knows Southwick is notorious for being rough on motors, I mean Hunter blew his last year there. Deegan was clearly giving that bike every thing it had at the end of the race once he caught back up to Tom and Jo. The bike was clearly smoking those last couple of laps and even after the race I could hear something was wrong in the motor. Deegan obviously isn’t easy on motors, I mean he blew one last year and we know those Star engines are built tough as shit, but Southwick is very hard on motors. It’s highly possible that the motor just took a crap. The cheating rumors are ridiculous and do you really think Star is going to cheat a sound test while leading the points championship? It just doesn’t make sense to me for all that. I think people just can’t handle that he is dominating right now so let’s start making up some crazy rumors to try to make it look like they’re cheating.
People listen to guys like Chris cooksey because guys at Vital and other politically correct channels like vital, are very boring to watch/listen to. Each week those same channels ask the same riders the same questions. Channels like cooksey are for entertainment. They can be fun to watch. Sure there's some outlandish stuff posted, but it's more entertaining than anything vital, swap, etc, post.
