zeus grinder with adjustable speed, i think is needed on all grinders. Slow feeding on my various cheap grinders has been very helpful.

The Eureka single dose grinder looks very very interesting. Shame it only goes to 700rpm. I’ll stick to my EG1 just now though.
Hi there! It is definitely a unique one, especially that they are considering high clarity style of burrs for it. Generally speaking, we prefer espresso shots with flat burrs above 600 rpm, 800rpm is our starting point. What is the reason you wish it lower than 700rpm ? Is there a specific recipe you prefer ? Feel free to share and let us know 🤍☕️
