It's genuinely terrifying how good this type of system can get, especially when you give it such a massive wealth of data. The bot can detect patterns extremely efficiently, and it has a near complete level of understanding of the english language, and when combined with something as meme-driven as the internet, it can put 2 and 2 together almost as well as a person could. Consider that AI Dungeon, a publicly available program for create-your-own-adventure stores, is good enough to genuinely write stories that have passed as human. Also, Deep Leffen's tweets are curated, not pumped directly from what the AI writes. The AI might create dozens of pages worth of content, and we'll maybe see a few sentences or a few paragraphs from each.
