If you agree with anything Trump says, you are in one camp. If you by definition disagree with everything he says , you're in the other camp.

I was struck by the guest's use of the phrase "...I've studied..." He did so to lend credibility to his position. HOWEVER, I found his analysis interesting, but incredibly flawed. His analysis relied on pattern analysis based on selection of key indicators. This type of analysis relies on the congruency of key indicators from situation to situation. This is a shallow analysis because it does not examine core/root causes of conflict, but sometimes key indicators is all you have, the rest of the root causal data is lost to history because historians failed to understand its significance. I research brain architecture and the biological, evolutionary, and structure of emotions. This DNA programming resides in all humans and operates the same regardless of language or society and controls all human behavior. This guest's analysis failed to relate to the necessary excitement of neurological pathways needed for conflict to occur. There are two similar neurological pathways that produce "conflict" but have two distinct manifestations. Both pathways concern competition for scarce resources. One is an intra-tribal competition and the other is an extra-tribal competition. Liberals favor collectivism; conservatives favor individual action; both are problem-solving algorithms embedded in our species' DNA. Societal rules - laws, regulations, societal norms, etc.- apply to those with whom we compete within our tribe. Societal norms, laws, rules, etc., do not apply to competition with other tribes. They're not of our tribe, therefore they do not get the benefit of our tribal rules. For example, a track meet between schools - a competition within a tribe - does not allow the stabbing of the person in the next lane as a way of competitive advantage. Stabbing tribal members is contra to tribal laws and norms. However, this would be permissible, and even desirable if you were at war with the other tribe. Point is, Liberals define their tribe as anyone who is a Democrat. Republicans define their tribe as anyone who is an American, which includes liberals. So there are two divergent means of completion occurring here. This is why liberals use violence in the form of words in what they call Republicans -'Trump is Hitler'. Republicans compete but use societal norms in their treatment of Liberals. This is why historically violence always originates with liberalism - because it narrowly defines their collective, who is tribal and who is not tribal; and why conservatives will go to great lengths to point out extra-tribal competitions to justify violence and war This is why Trump had two assassination attempts - because he was a "...threat to our democracy..." a veiled reference to liberals version of democracy, and was external the liberal's tribe; and why Republicans go to war for oil, a competition for a scarce resource with another tribe. This guest's analysis would benefit from the inclusion of this published science in his analysis. Maybe then, he could produce a more causal model from his studies rather than pattern analysis which tends to be far less accurate.
This was informative. Thank you. Though when I think of civil war it's based on the premise of class divide. When it becomes so unaffordable to live the working poor lash out against the resource privelaged. I'd like your thoughts on a, French revolution esque, civil war scenario.
@@qs6706 Your points reside within the model I explain. Competition for scare resources, in your scenario, is food. People can redefine their tribes - it can be a fluid process. In order to kill for food, all one has to do is say, me, I myself tribe, is more important than you, and I can use any means to take what you want. Now to be sure, there can be other neural circuits and cognitive algorithms involved in conflicts, but human behavior is highly predictable (under my current model is 100% accurate across 98% of the human population) in how humans will generate all human behaviors. Please note I said how they will process and produce human behavior, not what they will do. The example I like to use is tax software like TurboTax. Tax laws and form, and their accompany calculations are the same in every copy of TurboTax, yet nobody gets the same tax return. Why? Because even though they all use the same software, the inputs into that software are all unique and thus produce individualized tax return outcomes. I model the DNA encode software of biological brains which is entirely controlled by emotions. So civil wars occur when different tribes/factions arise and compete with other tribes/factions for scarce resources.
@qs6706 The French and Russian revolutions were middle class- the poor are too busy eking out a living to have time to rebel. It's middle class people losing status are the ones who get angry.
Their are plenty of patterns to make decent educated guesses for predictions for the future. Future might be unknown but knowing and understanding the past is best idea for making predictions for the future. Without understanding the past you have no objective idea of how to make predictions in the first place
I disagree. There are tons of leftist gun owners, the military and police would most certainly be with the left and you can't forget gang members who would most certainly be with the left as well. The left isn't as filled with they/thems as much as you think, it's just that the internet makes so much fun of SJWs that we think that's all they offer.
Excellent video! I don’t think “modern day philosophers” don’t account for the general apathy of the public-authors and influencers are motivated people- often ginned up over their own ideas and beliefs - surrounded by like-minded followers-unfortunately, they never look outside of their own echo chamber to see the rest of the world- these modern philosophers believe they can predict the future but they can’t even predict the weather
It seems that new terminology needs to be developed for these patterns, "Cival war" puts an idea in my head that seems different then what he is explain8ng. Good clip!
Basic food is not a scarce resource in the west as it was before the green revolution and no longer a driving force to fight for survival. Modern farming prevents one of the main motivating factors for war.
I already liked Lynch's channel, but the plausible deniability tangent ratcheted up my respect. Describes a socio / political reality well enough that many can see how revealing of an indicator it is of deception & motive.
yet remember, 65 percent of the population lived on the farm and were self sufficient during the great depression.. the ones in the cities and working in factories had the most difficulties and those supporting the factories. if that were to happen now or in the future. not good.
I always thought the most realistic portrayal of how a current day american Civil War might go was Euel Arden’s novel, Down Here in the Warmth. Great book. Militia on the streets of NYC. Very controversial. Amazon banned it for a while but its back. Its quite a triggering book but really turns out to be somewhat enlightening, if that makes any sense.
A second civil war in the US would be much different than the first. It wouldn't the north vs. the south. There would be small wars scattered all over the country. Like a lot of Hatfield's and McCoy's style feuds. Difference would be some from one side would join with the other side like happened in the first civil war.
Seems like a given but the truth is that the left has gangs that sympathize with them. It would be a drawn out process best case scenario. Refer to the Northern Ireland troubles. People self segregate far before the opening salvo is fired. There may never be an opening salvo and small acts of terror will be the way the war is fought.
on inflation, correlation does not equal causation. there are so many variables it is impossible to predict with accuracy. He doesn’t understand that the United States has more flexibility on this issue than the “past” because the dollar is the reserve currency of the world. it is important because it means we borrow and pay in our own currency that we control. No one knows when or if the dollar will use its reserve currency status. but there has to be alternative. The British pound was reserve currency for the world prior to WW1 and it was replaced by the dollar by the time the war ended. But you cannot name a single currency, or any list of currencies today that will stack up to replace the dollar. There is NOTHING. It may not be that way always, but you need another country to develop. China would be an alternative if the CCP were toppled and replaced with democratic republic and the rule of law. But the CCP makes the rembi a joke. No one is dying to hold rembis. If the CCP did not artifically support the rembi it would vanish in to oblivion.

I believe that once many people realize they were lied to by Trump, and life here gets worse, not better, then sentiments will change. So, on one side will be those who regret their choice and really want the country back, and those who continue to support Trump.

As I watch this video on election night. I see how polarized America has become. Even though the majority of people realize how bad and how incompetent Kamala is as a leader. The race is still close. Because we have people who will vote for their party regardless of how bad their candidate may be. This really is developing into a case where the only remedy to this polarization is separation. The only thing that remains to be seen is how violent the separation will be.
Hate to be the one to break this to you, Rudyard, but although your knowledge of big history is impressive, you are NOT more well-read than Alex Jones in general and you’re knowledge of contemporary history absolutely pales in comparison to Alex Jones’. It's like the Tiananmen Square moment with the rose and the gun, right? You'd have every one of those Highland moms who came out for the migrants. And you do not want to mess with them." This will happen all over the Country, 220 Cities and 13 States already have sanctuary laws.
The geographic division between North/South was in reality much more complicated, ie WV left VA, the Apalachians stayed very much pro-Union, ie East TN, and low areas of say, MD had a fair amount of Copperhead sentiment, not as stark of a line as people think of it
No on feminism. Not in the least. Maybe put yourself in the shoes of women as if you can imagine yourself being born as one. So many of us are not interested in being a slave to man and kids. So we want the same things men want. An independent life.
I respect whatif alot and think he is smart however americans by and large are to well off to start a civil war , we are to wealthy and rich to have one
I thought the same thing but you need a certain amount of wealth and freedom to support dissent. If you can't feed yourself, you can't fight. You need enough freedom to see it being taken away while still providing enough to allow you to fight. Add that to the age of marriage and the feeling of no way out of the situation and you're getting close to the right conditions. I don't think we're there yet, but we're getting close. And what's even scarier is there's no where to run. Almost every country is at this point
People said the same thing before WW1 and probably before the American civil war and French revolution. Although hopefully trump has a decent plan on how to lower the price of groceries and necessities and the Democrats finally calm down on pushing division
Also not to ignore is the fact that never before has America been in this situation where it’s doomsday for America irrespective who wins the election s both candidates are agenda driven and fail to evaluate the reality if the fact facing America’s future for return to prosperity.
Lots of hyperbole and maybes but I totally agree w him on a party being stuck by plausible deniability to the radicals in the party. I don't think there's any way to argue against that with the Democrats.
I disagree entirely with this guy I don't think we're anywhere near close to a civil war. The last civil war we had was because of political and social issues not because of economic issues. Americans traditionally can tolerate quite a few economic problems before they become severely irritated but in the end they're not going to sit there and start a revolution because of economics. Using the rest of the world as an example for us not exactly the best. Play we're not the rest of the world, are also if you're not from the US traditionally then of course you're not going to understand us. You keep using foreign examples to try to prove your point. We're not the English we're not the Germans we're not the Russians we're not the people in Africa we're not the Asians we are Americans. We are completely different from the rest of the world if we have a civil war it's going to be because of political issues not because of economic ones
I'm not saying it can't still happen, but putting negativity out into the universe via UA-cam doesn't help things. It can become a self-fulfilling prophecy if you don't stop talking about it. It's time for this country to HEAL, so my advice is to cut the shit.
Their has to be signs of healing to be optimistic. We literally just had a mainstream Hollywood movie about the same topic and concept this year so the topic is already their
If you look at Alex Garland's Civil War movie and the basic premise of military and civilian factions teaming up to eliminate a rogue president... I wonder if we're in line for something like that with a loony president with fascist tendencies about to take office in a couple of months
Now that the election is 'mostly' over (Nov 16, 2024) it would be great for them both come back and opine on what the hell happened and what the fall out is going to be. Will the left's resistance be the start of the civil war? Or were the numbers so bad that a different method be required. Will Jan 21, 2024 be the date of the first shot?
This is a prime example of "Educated Idiots" these guys BOTH think they are SO SMART, they never even answered the TOPIC OF THE TITLE of the Video, they break danced around the Point, yet never MADE the POINT. Never answered the Question "HOW WILL IT START??"
The tension, division and political polarizatlizion is their but nobody knows what the smoking gun that start the conflict will be. Hopefully it avoidable
Abroad, we accomplish this by sowing division. A country that has elected to go 'democratic ' must allow our 'values ' in. If there's any resistance or if, say a politician goes rogue, we may see on legacy media that said resistance goes against democratic values. Rent a riots and chaos begins in an effort to quash any support for uprising. Know anything we've currently been force feed. Anybody watch the Olympics. Men in women sports. We are meant to be divided. Meanwhile, the agenda keeps moving forward. 'Nothing to see here'. Keep freedom of speech, free. Keep an eye on those who charge on something that inst theirs to give

@@scottsyverson4260 Would you say that today's technological world has made it possible to potentially eliminate scarcity within our lifetime?
@qs6706 The French and Russian revolutions were middle class- the poor are too busy eking out a living to have time to rebel. It's middle class people losing status are the ones who get angry.
This guy earned my respect by not holding back and just being honest
Even though he's not an actual historian?
History can’t predict the future
Yes it can just broadly
Their are plenty of patterns to make decent educated guesses for predictions for the future. Future might be unknown but knowing and understanding the past is best idea for making predictions for the future. Without understanding the past you have no objective idea of how to make predictions in the first place
But it does help. History is the closest thing to the future, that we have information about.
@@craizytvboomb7779 that is true history doesn't repeat but it rhymes a lot and has pattern that exists
History doesn't predict the future, it determines it.
Saying Alex being right over and over for over 30 years if verbal diarrhea really discredits you
One side has the military, vets, police, hunters and gun owners. The other side has the theys, thems, climate nuts and rainbow people. 😂
😂😂😂
That's what Republicans thought last time and got cooked because of it
I disagree. There are tons of leftist gun owners, the military and police would most certainly be with the left and you can't forget gang members who would most certainly be with the left as well. The left isn't as filled with they/thems as much as you think, it's just that the internet makes so much fun of SJWs that we think that's all they offer.
Armed rainbow people.

14:28 honestly that's kind of a reason why I moved to Texas too 😂😂
It seems that new terminology needs to be developed for these patterns, "Cival war" puts an idea in my head that seems different then what he is explain8ng. Good clip!
Basic food is not a scarce resource in the west as it was before the green revolution and no longer a driving force to fight for survival. Modern farming prevents one of the main motivating factors for war.
Work 80 plus hrs per pay period! Haven’t payed a bill on time or had three meals a day in nearly 7 yrs!!!!
People are upset, yes. However, who would actually support with money a violent struggle? For what?
Yow haven't watched it yet bet it's gonna be a banger enjoy life and VOTE❤🎉🎉🎉
I already liked Lynch's channel, but the plausible deniability tangent ratcheted up my respect. Describes a socio / political reality well enough that many can see how revealing of an indicator it is of deception & motive.
Focus on your point stay on target
yet remember, 65 percent of the population lived on the farm and were self sufficient during the great depression.. the ones in the cities and working in factories had the most difficulties and those supporting the factories. if that were to happen now or in the future. not good.
So what will this prophet say if one side wins majority power in all branches of the federal government?
Oh, nice. A watered-down, aged, knock-off Tim Pool-lite UA-camr.. Even talks and sounds like him.
Dude glazes civil war like he wants it more than anything, while being built like a discord mod lol.
Budget is back to #1 now I guess.
The thing is if it ever came to a civil war 1 side has Americans the other side has Disney it wouldn't be more than a day of cleaning house
Funny. That is what they said in April 1861. Ha, ha, ha.
And the US military. It is not rich people that join the Army
A model? you have to be kidding. models are creations. they don’t predict the future.
on inflation, correlation does not equal causation. there are so many variables it is impossible to predict with accuracy.
If the CCP did not artifically support the rembi it would vanish in to oblivion.
i dont take much stock in leftwing gen x'ers or inexperienced gen z'ers
This guy was terrible...he was brought on to talk about another civil war and it was like pulling teeth to get him to really say anything of substance. When you got to the all women are cowards part, I turned it off...please don't bring this guy back.
Yea when he said that about women it made me realize he may be well read but he has very little life experience
Lost me on this episode once I heard Alex Jones disregarded... Sad to see people tip toe around the UNs 17 boxes and pretend that UN policy isn't behind all of this.
You mean the guy who's in the middle of having his ass reamed out for repeatedly and extendedly lying about the murder of a few dozen schoolchildren?
In the 1930s, the average US household spent up to 25% of their disposable income on food. In 2023, the average US consumer spent 11.2% of their disposable income on food.

Budget = Taxation. Taxation will be the cause.
He's got balls making such specific predictions but he's never right lol
I believe that once many people realize they were lied to by Trump, and life here gets worse, not better, then sentiments will change. So, on one side will be those who regret their choice and really want the country back, and those who continue to support Trump.
When is the war going to start. Did the war ever stop I can't tell
*_Again, if you Fear God more than you fear the radicals on your own side,_* then you are less likely to help escalate tensions into a Civil War.

After seeing Trumps appontments, Civil war is now a possibility.
Intuition & empiricism are the opposite of one another, you silly rabbits! They, at best, cancel each other out.
Shortly…
Hate to be the one to break this to you, Rudyard, but although your knowledge of big history is impressive, you are NOT more well-read than Alex Jones in general and you’re knowledge of contemporary history absolutely pales in comparison to Alex Jones’. This is why he gets things right. Don’t let arrogance prejudice your viewpoints.
Quote from the mayor of Denver:
"More than us having [Denver police] stationed at the county line to keep them out, you would have 50,000 Denverites there, ... It's like the Tiananmen Square moment with the rose and the gun, right? You'd have every one of those Highland moms who came out for the migrants. And you do not want to mess with them."
This will happen all over the Country, 220 Cities and 13 States already have sanctuary laws.
The geographic division between North/South was in reality much more complicated, ie WV left VA, the Apalachians stayed very much pro-Union, ie East TN, and low areas of say, MD had a fair amount of Copperhead sentiment, not as stark of a line as people think of it
As long as there’s internet porn, there will be no civil war.

No on feminism. Not in the least. Maybe put yourself in the shoes of women as if you can imagine yourself being born as one. So many of us are not interested in being a slave to man and kids. So we want the same things men want. An independent life.
Alex Jones told us about operation lockstep aka covid-19 in 2010
I respect whatif alot and think he is smart however americans by and large are to well off to start a civil war , we are to wealthy and rich to have one
Doesn’t take long for it all to go. Look at Europe.
People said the same thing before WW1 and probably before the American civil war and French revolution. Although hopefully trump has a decent plan on how to lower the price of groceries and necessities and the Democrats finally calm down on pushing division
Not buying it anymore!
The checks are still clearing, is this guy going to lead the charge?
We literally just had a mainstream Hollywood movie about the same topic and concept this year so the topic is already their
1969 inflation 6.9%, interest 9%

1979 13.3 & 12
1980 12.5 & 18
1981 8.9 & 12

Would the deportation of 20 million people cause civil war?
You get a like for that.
Who paid you?
Why do people keep bringing him on?
I am glad to be the small percentage of those 15 who aren't schizophrenic Alex Jones
If you look at Alex Garland's Civil War movie and the basic premise of military and civilian factions teaming up to eliminate a rogue president... I wonder if we're in line for something like that with a loony president with fascist tendencies about to take office in a couple of months
this is trash
Now that the election is 'mostly' over (Nov 16, 2024) it would be great for them both come back and opine on what the hell happened and what the fall out is going to be. Will the left's resistance be the start of the civil war? Or were the numbers so bad that a different method be required. Will Jan 21, 2024 be the date of the first shot?
He's full of it
This is a prime example of "Educated Idiots" these guys BOTH think they are SO SMART, they never even answered the TOPIC OF THE TITLE of the Video, they break danced around the Point, yet never MADE the POINT. Never answered the Question "HOW WILL IT START??"
The tension, division and political polarizatlizion is their but nobody knows what the smoking gun that start the conflict will be. Hopefully it avoidable

Rudyard Lynch is not a real historian. You might as well just interview some random guy at a bus stop.
