This park is kind of a deliverance nightmare. The skate life has holes all over it, the concrete is rough and cracked, the transitions from flat to ramp are terrible. With a couple thousand dollars worth of work it would be great. We stopped and didn't skate it was too dangerous and not worth the monies.
That’s interesting that you say the skate lite had holes all over it but you also stated you didn’t skate the park. We skated the park for 2 days and had absolutely 0 issues skating any ramp. There are literally no holes anywhere on the skate lite (zoom in on any clip). Some of the wood under the ramps could use replaced and feel soft in some sections, but the transition, skate lite, and coping are perfect. Also, it’s almost nearly impossible (not completely impossible, but very hard) to chip durable skate lite. You might perhaps be thinking of the kicker leading up the euro gap? That’s not skate lite. That’s wood that’s rotted away, simply don’t skate that section if it concerns you. The concrete could defiantly use some love in a few sections of the park but again, nothing was hard or even challenging to roll over and skate. Sounds like y’all just enjoy complaining. Head on over to Poe Mill DIY or even the indoor park Board Ryders Club and see if you don’t find flaws or crusty ramps at either of those parks either.
If you notice, people who make videos--to improve their views-- try to say everywhere they have been is "aweslum" or something like that. But the regular people, real skaters who have been there, agree with this comment below: This park is kind of a deliverance nightmare. No flow or connection in the design of the "park" and the concrete is rough. I consider this a skate park failure, not even a decent park. After trying to make it work a couple times, I would need you to pay me to skate here. Better check out just about anything else. I am a two time skateboard contest winner, way back and have been around a while. I hate to sound negative, but I wish someone else had a review up before I wasted my time visiting here. Way better options out there.

Whipsnake is better, plus Tom doesn’t make you read a lot of religious bullshit in order to skate his park.

agree with you. the comment before mine didn't notice you skated and stopped. not worth skating much less paying for it.
