@@Tarik_Molotov he never botherd recording bass. As far as i know i read some articles from jeff and kerry that in the early record and undisputed attitude they record the bass tracks
I love this cover and am a huge Slayer fan (saw them in 2013 in Vegas). However, I can also see why as far as doing a WHOLE ALBUM of covers, they went with covering old hardcore punk songs on Undisputed Attitude. I know it was originally supposed to be an album of metal covers like this, but as was stated such a fast and aggressive band....
Black Sabbath did an ok job when they covered this song but I will always love Slayers version most. Tony iiomi and guys tried their best to emulate Slayer but they just are not as good of musicians. That being said, most try to play as good as slayer but most fail
Jokes aside, never talk shit about sabbath, it’s highly frowned upon by the metal community 😂😂😂 still this is a good one, I like it Edit: it’s even more funny the more I look at it, this comment gets a 10/10 from me
This is such a weird pick for them. I would have picked a faster song, maybe The Writ/Symptom off of the Sabotage album. I know Slayer has slowed down before, but I still know them as a super fast/aggressive band. Weird cover, but I kind of dig it as a huge fan of both bands.
I on the other hand, am not a Slayer fan much at all, but I still like this because it's chill and Tom Araya's vocals (which I normally don't like) are pretty good for this song.
I've been a Slayer Fan for nearly 30 years, own bootlegs, B-Sides, singles... and this is the first time I heard this, so great!
I absolutely love this cover.
this deserved to be in the original Nativity in Black. Fuckin a
Woah! Wasnt expecting toms vocals to be like that in the beginning, and i liked it!
This cover sounds absolutely amazing ...
I love this!!!! Get to hear Tom's voice nice and clear. Then gives the band plenty for them to rip it up!!!
All I got to say is FUCKIN SLAYER AND BLACK FUCKING SABBATH!!!
🤘😈🤘
Lombardo is an insanely great drummer and even he can't capture the magic of Bill's "swingy" drum vibe.
i think this is Paul Bostaph
Yeah, this is with Bostaph, Lombardo rejoined some years later after God Hates Us All came out
@@0Lamp13 Yeah, he came back for Christ Illusion and World Painted Blood. The best metal drummer right after Gene Hoglan in my opinion.
This is f-ing fantastic!
they really do a good job with it !
Artista: Slayer
Música: Hand Of Doom
Album: Nativity In Black II
Ano: 2000

Sound alot like Danzig in the intro. Then it turns over to be a little bit slayer.
@@ETA555 Yes
Damn !!Tom nailed the bass part
This is so good, perfect choice 👌
SLAYER!!!!!
Insane cover...SLAYERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Una gran sorpresa esta version les quedo de lo mejor
What the fuck? Slayer covered one of the slowest sabbath songs?
And killed it
What happened to Primus - N.I.B.?
I don't know. I can't listen it to.
Trying to find that song everywhere. No luck

Slayer Metal
y didnt i heard of this before?????????????/
Toms vocals are crazy different he sounds amazing
Slayer used to do Priest, Maiden, Sabbath, and other classic metal covers in their early club days before they had a record out - Tom can sing.
@@dmitryowens yeah he’s never sounded a good as show no mercy though
Cover as sweet as only Slayer could do - Hell yeah - imagine it Live damn that would be something
SLAYER can definitely do slow and doomy too, check out the song "Gemini" by them or the whole South Of Heaven album.
fuck this is awesome
2:48 sounds like Star Wars Tie Fighter :D
LMAO It's very true ahahaha
Not sure if this is Dave or Paul on drums, but it sure sounds like Dave.
It's Paul

Sepultura did a pretty gnarly cover of symptom of the universe
Cool, well whenever you get invited to throw down a track on a Sabbath tribute album, you go right ahead and do that!
This was made during their Nu Metal era. This song is Nu Metal.
Fucking brutal ❤
It's a bit of a shame Slayer didn't include this song, nor their cover of Inna Gadda Da Vida on Soundtrack To The Apocalypse
You're right about not including this song, but Inna Gadda Da Vida is on disc 2 of the Soundtrack to the Apocalypse.
