ZUCCINS! I've been making this for a week now - it's VERY DELICIOUS! An easy zucchini recipe!

RECIPE 1:
📝INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
2 zucchini
Salt to taste
Vegetable fat
3 tomatoes
250 grams of ricotta or other soft cheese
1 egg
160 grams of cheese (I used mozzarella)
A bunch of parsley
3 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
👨‍🍳Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 °C👨‍🍳
RECIPE 2:
📝INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
2 zucchini.
Salt the zucchini
4 eggs
Cheese 100g/3.5oz.
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon basil
Breadcrumbs 100g/3.5oz.
Panko breadcrumbs 100 g/3.5 oz. (Not essential
Flour 100 grams
Vegetable oil (+- 100 ml)
Fry until golden brown, 2-3 minutes on each side
Dill (several sprigs)
2 tablespoons yogurt or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard beans
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic
2 cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes
