I am going to be honest not the best sans fight I've seen in terms of animation at least, uper c-tier at the highest but, the uniqueness and the portrayal of the fight really is great making the whole thing a mid B-tier. Great work 💚👍
There were definitely parts of the fight that could be better but I don't think your correct about the uniqueness or story of the fight. Soooo many artist only care about the bare minimum of the events of the fight and forget about the BUILD-UP the STAKES and just how unique sans is as a boss. In light of this and the art because seriously that shit beautiful. I would give it at LEAST an A tier.
I don't know, I'd rank it around A-tier due to how it shows the absolute brutality that Sans can bring, as well as how Chara takes control during the fight. Specifically, you can tell that Frisk is holding back just a bit, but Chara goes all-out; and the sound effects really help in showing how brutal the fight really is, like how Frisk's bones crunch at 6:31, and the cracking of the walls when Frisk/Chara gets (literally) smashed into them. You can even tell that Chara's in a lot of pain during its section of the fight, but is so demented by this point it doesn't care, it just wants to f i n i s h i t .
I just love the take on stuff that wouldn't make sense out of game context, like the special attack! This actually greatly captures the spirit of the fight and the genocide run so like earned!
I don't want to get into the fight, since it's something you have to see for yourself, but the prelude to it was an amazing showcase as to why this chaos even started in the first place! I especially love 2:05 where Undyne still has that determination to fight on, but has to place all of the Hopes and Dreams on her shoulders in her friends hands, it's quite sad, but a fitting end for a True Hero. Another hero of this story is you though, cause your animation nailed the feeling someone gets nearing the end of a genocide run, and I applaud you for that!
Not bad! I could definitely see an epic reanimated version of this in the future, also the megalovania song you used for the fight is in my opinion the best Megalovania remake ever. Cinema and suspense is EVERYTHING for good storytelling.

Dude, you're the only one who made blue attacks so painful, if you move, respect to you for that. The battle turned out to be very cool, the attacks, the monologue, and the beginning where the man kills the bosses, this is the best animation for the battle of Sans against the player

Wicked animation. A bit scuffed from 5:40 to 5:56, although the angle with the gaster blaster was great. Besides that part, I thought the entire animation showed extreme talent and it was an absolute pleasure to watch. I like how this is fanon since I'm pretty sure sans doesn't "teleport" to dodge attacks, just more like a shortcut. It's pretty funny for me on how in the animation he dodges and teleports so precisely, yet in the game he just slides a couple inches to the right. I'm just pointing this out to anyone else. Besides that fanon thing, this is a really good animation! Can't wait to see what you have planned in the future. :>
I’m over critical with my Autism, I have a high-intensity selective memory so I do support the creativity and well done animation.. but there are a lot of parts story-wise and image set that kinda pull me out of the immersive atmosphere I look for when I see these fan creations. Things like the door behind toriel not leading to the hallway but straight to the outside of Snowden, undyne and her eye/uniform, metaton not being in her NEO form.. Idk. Lots of parts of this are well set and formed, but it looks like a lot of cut and pasting with motion tweens and over indulgence on post-made visual effects like glow hues and rumble.. I respect the creativity being pushed on a subject that speaks vividly, but at the same time I would also highly advise on considering to develop other whole points of animation in the regards of variability. Staying whole and consistent to the plot is one thing, but while you’re relaying the plot points of the story whilst focusing on a descriptive narrative.. not having even the smallest parts accounted for just strips away the lore which is the backbone of what makes the moment so lush and powerful; what makes it resonate with so many people. And it’s beyond just scene development transitioning between intros and main moment setups.. it’s also what happens within the shot that matters and how smooth it feels. To be blunt(again in an over-critical fashion to appeal to a wide audience), the smoothness of going between one thing to another in each small moment is critically important when reviving the feeling that lots of people want to see again(or even hold a candle to what makes that moment so strong for people who will see your video before even seeing Undertale, let alone this specific boss fight). My advice(as irrelevant as it is since art and creation is subjective) would be to start understanding the way your brain interprets information. Some people see things in their head like how it “feels” when they’re watching a UA-cam video, some people read words and they piece together a scene like a puzzle, some people listen to audio and “feel” the rise and settling of things(mainly music as an example), some people need to be kinetic in their approach to figure out what works or doesn’t so, again, they can “feel” what they should do.. But over all of those “feelings,” the trick to reaching a broad audience(if that’s your goal) is to take everything that they feel AND that you feel to find a nice harmony of self-enjoyment in the creation process and critical awareness of others that you’re presenting it for. Think of it like a Chef, or a “Food Artist”: They know what works and what doesn’t based of their own unique way of tackling cooking not just to their own satisfaction, but in unison with others who their goal is to cook for in the first place. You can’t appeal to everyone, and you can’t just be a pawn for media just to appease people.. but if you want people to understand and feel with you, you also can’t count your unique perspective and emotions out as well. This was good, but the reason it’s not great and my instinct is to point out the flaws rather than overlook them is only for two reasons: 1. I’m unique as well, and I have my own tastes that draw me in just like everyone else. 2. Afterwards, you’re noticing mistakes that we’re pointing out and that you’re pointing out yourself(which isn’t inherently bad, but it bluntly shows that you understand what specific parts you need to work on next first and foremost for your own benefit, and secondly for our enjoyment so more people feel inclined to support your efforts) I hope anything I said here can offer some enlightenment to you, and also enrich your own self understanding of what to look for in future projects. I may or may not see your content again, but I wish you a well set future.

Not bad for a budding animator. Drawing is not bad, but I do not think that to combine 2d and 3d in this style is appropriate. I liked the way the author conveyed through animation the detour of the final trick, and also how Chara made the final blow

Wicked animation. A bit scuffed from 5:40 to 5:56, although the angle with the gaster blaster was great. Besides that part, I thought the entire animation showed extreme talent and it was an absolute pleasure to watch. Keep up the good work, I'm really looking forward to checking out the progress you've made over these past two months.

it's great, there's only some parts that really look like they were... done in a hurry, for exemple 9:39 the whole jail just became... 6 glowing sticks, i mean i know it's hard to animate even more in a hight quality but like i said sometimes looks like you didnt put effort in it and just wanted to end as fast as possible

I like how this is fanon since I'm pretty sure sans doesn't "teleport" to dodge attacks, just more like a shortcut. It's pretty funny for me on how in the animation he dodges and teleports so precisely, yet in the game he just slides a couple inches to the right. I'm just pointing this out to anyone else.

It's just my own spin on it even I don't know if I'll animate sans Teleporting or slide to dodge Frisk and Chara's attacks.

I’m over critical with my Autism, I have a high-intensity selective memory so I do support the creativity and well done animation.. but there are a lot of parts story-wise and image set that kinda pull me out of the immersive atmosphere I look for when I see these fan creations.
Things like the door behind toriel not leading to the hallway but straight to the outside of Snowden, undyne and her eye/uniform, metaton not being in her NEO form..
Idk. Lots of parts of this are well set and formed, but it looks like a lot of cut and pasting with motion tweens and over indulgence on post-made visual effects like glow hues and rumble..
I respect the creativity being pushed on a subject that speaks vividly, but at the same time I would also highly advise on considering to develop other whole points of animation in the regards of variability.
Staying whole and consistent to the plot is one thing, but while you’re relaying the plot points of the story whilst focusing on a descriptive narrative.. not having even the smallest parts accounted for just strips away the lore which is the backbone of what makes the moment so lush and powerful; what makes it resonate with so many people.
And it’s beyond just scene development transitioning between intros and main moment setups.. it’s also what happens within the shot that matters and how smooth it feels. To be blunt(again in an over-critical fashion to appeal to a wide audience), the smoothness of going between one thing to another in each small moment is critically important when reviving the feeling that lots of people want to see again(or even hold a candle to what makes that moment so strong for people who will see your video before even seeing Undertale, let alone this specific boss fight).
My advice(as irrelevant as it is since art and creation is subjective) would be to start understanding the way your brain interprets information.
Some people see things in their head like how it “feels” when they’re watching a UA-cam video, some people read words and they piece together a scene like a puzzle, some people listen to audio and “feel” the rise and settling of things(mainly music as an example), some people need to be kinetic in their approach to figure out what works or doesn’t so, again, they can “feel” what they should do..
But over all of those “feelings,” the trick to reaching a broad audience(if that’s your goal) is to take everything that they feel AND that you feel to find a nice harmony of self-enjoyment in the creation process and critical awareness of others that you’re presenting it for.
Think of it like a Chef, or a “Food Artist”: They know what works and what doesn’t based of their own unique way of tackling cooking not just to their own satisfaction, but in unison with others who their goal is to cook for in the first place. You can’t appeal to everyone, and you can’t just be a pawn for media just to appease people.. but if you want people to understand and feel with you, you also can’t count your unique perspective and emotions out as well.
This was good, but the reason it’s not great and my instinct is to point out the flaws rather than overlook them is only for two reasons:
1. I’m unique as well, and I have my own tastes that draw me in just like everyone else.
2. Afterwards, you’re noticing mistakes that we’re pointing out and that you’re pointing out yourself(which isn’t inherently bad, but it bluntly shows that you understand what specific parts you need to work on next first and foremost for your own benefit, and secondly for our enjoyment so more people feel inclined to support your efforts)
I hope anything I said here can offer some enlightenment to you, and also enrich your own self understanding of what to look for in future projects. I may or may not see your content again, but I wish you a well set future.

Not bad for a budding animator. Drawing is not bad, but I do not think that to combine 2d and 3d in this style is appropriate. I liked the way the author conveyed through animation the detour of the final trick, and also how Chara made the final blow
