Never let them know, that you know they are tied to a third party that benefits from their actions. Let them find out from the lawsuit filing, it gives them less time to hide proof.
This is yet again proof that HOA's should be banned or so heavily regulated at the city, county, state und federal levels. That it isn't worth it to start an HOA. Board members should *NOT* immune from being sued.
Being private property and not a community pool then if anything happened then it would be on the home owner not the HOA This is an overreach of power.
It’s a pool on your own property he can’t tell you what you can do I would have told him only talk to my lawyer I have nothing more to say to you. In fact most of these stories people would have ended up with a @$$ whippin or dead
She loves her children and the pool and she knows what she is doing. And they have no right to do that. If they want to do it go to the public pool.👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👮♂️👀👀👀👀👀
All these stories should be end with the HOA being dismantled and sued to the point that they don’t exist anymore. Plus I don’t know why anyone would want to live somewhere where other people try and control your property
dunno , confronted by these kind of people would elicit a totally different kind of response from me , they ultimately would cease all actions , and very quickly .
Thank you so much for this amazing video! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
so was this homeowner a member of that HOA? Why did she have the HOA rules? If she was part of that HOA then her property really isn't her own to do as she wishes. Those HOA's control every aspect of your home's exterior down to the color of your screen door, the paint color, the length of your lawn, where you may or may not place your garden hose, how you must coil it and on and on and on. If she was not part of the HOA, they have no rights over her property whatsoever.
She was a member of the HOA, but HOA president was trying to enforce rules that weren't in the bylaws, destroyed property, and was forcing people out of their homes for his own financial gain. The HOA can only enforce the rules that are in the bylaws. Anything else can be contested. And I'm pretty sure that he broke plenty of ACTUAL laws in his doings.

HOA's are tyranny indoctrination associations that leach on a neighborhood and violate people's rights.
Seriously. How many ways are there to say HOA wrong.
Its just so they can get clicks,
17, by my latest count.
It's probably a Text-To-Speech AI voice - though, not sure how it managed to eff it up so many times if the original text clearly says "HOA".
Computer generated voice
Proves you can’t fix stupid….😂😂😂😂
Make HOA illegal.
This is why you should never join or even consider joining a HOA.
IF you did, you need a Mental Health Evaluation.
Being private property and not a community pool then if anything happened then it would be on the home owner not the HOA This is an overreach of power.
I would record the HOA official and call the Police.
if that was my house he would be leaving in an ambulance
You better than me he would be leaving with the coroners zipped up in that black bag if it was me

The "pool inspector" would have to show his contractors license and insurance certificate before setting foot on my property.

Lucky the is no HOAs that I know of in Australia. These organisation must be heavily regulated.
They should have dissolved the HOA right there and then no one would have to deal with this crap again
Since when do people just barge in someone’s yard?
I would have sued them to the point they would of had to sell they properties
All these stories should be end with the HOA being dismantled and sued to the point that they don’t exist anymore. Plus I don’t know why anyone would want to live somewhere where other people try and control your property
YAH YAH YAH, AOA, AAA, UOA. If you’re going to tell a BS story, get your facts and spelling straight.
AI is running out of ways to tell the same story
