Plus when you do speak up, people take up for the person in the spotlight. One dude that has been on Say Cheese many times needed some work. So I sent him my portfolio fairly recently. He replied and 4 videos of his to edit like 'I'll pay you when you're done editing". I didn't respond to that. As a videographer, I typically believe the videographer
