It's not their responsibility to let you lane split, you don't if and when it is safe. The red care should have looked, but the biker was going a bit too quick. The black car was in the right, the biker went for it when it was unsafe and got pissy over nothing.

Giantmidgetmoto the kids had a walk sign. When the lights green, pedestrians have the walk sign. People turning right on green have to yield to crosswalk.
Randy Mon they were chatting and facing away from the crosswalk. Also a loud motorcycle like that did not get their attention so the kid was obvious distracted and being a kid. Not super avoidable. Kids being kids. He went super slow through turn but at 900 pounds or so getting up to speed and then slowing down are two different things. He kept the kid safe and didn’t ream him so good on him honestly

I could be wrong, but rarely am. Considering that guy that bailed on his bike around 5:20, when the kid tried running across the crosswalk, may actually be at fault. Cause if he had a green light, that should've ment, cross traffic had a red light, which in turn shouldve made that crosswalk good to walk, so vehicles making a right hand turn, shouldve yielded to pedestrians. Am I wrong on this assumption, or did I miss something?
Yep, you’re right. Still kinda stupid to run out in the middle of an intersection, but technically the biker would be at fault if anything happened.
The kid took a running sprint into traffic, the guy on the bike watched the kids standing there and then all the sudden the kid went sprinting in front of him. I know pedestrians have the right away but these kids should have been taught to not run out in traffic. The biker wasn't at fault here.
@@savannahmarple1087 when the intersection lights change, and the crosswalk lights change from 'Stop' to 'Walk', whether ur a pedestrian or driver, you obey the lights and signs. The driver was absolutely without question at fault had something happen to that kid. Cause there's no law stating how fast or slow a pedestrian has to cross the street at. However as I extend an olive branch, all people should always be aware of your surroundings whether driving or walking, cause 50% of driving is paying attention to what everyone else is doing, not only u.

While I'm watching so far what has happened:
1. That guy tried to hit that girl off of a moving ATV
2. That driver with her daughter in the car, could've literally killed that biker, like he said.
3. Didn't use a blinker like an imbecile, the biker was getting honked at, even though lane splitting is legal in California and that was not a Cali cop badge.
4. That dumbass kid, STEPPED INTO TRAFFIC AND WAS NOT WATCHING FOR TURNING CARS! That turn was perfectly legal, and it's the pedestrian's job to make sure nobody is turning.
5. The person pulling out, should've been watching for upcoming cars or bikers and the guy yelling at the biker was yelling at him for no reason.
6. That taxi shouldn't have pulled in front of the biker like that, dangerous and illegal lane change. They also rode the line for a bit. Biker didn't even get angry.
7. Neither got angry. The biker just got a bit annoyed because originally, the man was going to tell him to leave.
All I see here is another biker hater that needs to pull their head outta their ass.
