I have so much respect for her for knowing when to refer her client to another service. I've seen so many alternative medicine providers, whether chiropractors, acupuncturists, or anyone else insist that they can fix the problems themselves with enough time and sessions rather than admit that something was beyond what they felt comfortable or qualified to work on. If I ever need to seek chiropractic care, you're at the top of my list for that alone!
A, she's not a medical provider (no chiropractor is) B you totally misread why she referred him elsewhere.

So, I know this guy. One day we were at a local BBQ place. Across the street a young girl somehow got trapped under a car (she’s fine). This beautiful mound of meat muscle ran over there, brisket in hand, and alone lifted the car and freed the young girl.
Afterwards, when asked how did he do it? He replied, “Sometimes ya gotta risk it for the brisket”. Legend.

This is what happens when you prioritize aesthetics over health. Mobility and core work is key to living pain free in the back and joints.
From experience I can say most of his problems could be resolved with 10-15minutes a day of a yoga routine,we don't prioritise stretching until it's to late sadly

The guy is super build and funny ,the doc is awesome. She is v patient and explains everything in detail. Also v careful applying the treatment. For most guys if they would have the "chance" to see one of the deep tissue -corrective massage therapy , doctors that works with NFL and NHL players or other athletes and not only , would probably scream their lungs out...ha ha .I mean it .When you play sports for real and have to go to that corrective massage to be able to get back(muscles , nerve shifting etc) on the pitch or court , is beyond imagination for most.
