Tactical dice-rolling roguelike combat. Take control of 5 heroes, each with their own unique dice. Fight your way through 20 levels of monsters and try to take on the final boss. If you lose a single fight you have to start over so be careful (and lucky!).

That is the Slice & Dice Special! It is one of the major reasons I love the game so much, _many_ turns _look_ impossible then make you feel like a genius for finding a perfect solution.

If it's like it used to be, saving a hero is any time an action stops a hero from taking lethal damage. This includes killing a baddie that unchecked, would kill a hero.

I absolutely love this game, and would love to see more. As for unlocks: Do whatever keeps it feeling interesting to you, since I think that's that content I enjoy the most

I find the idea of "whenever you save" effects really interesting. I also think the Foresaken is a hilarious character concept.
I would like to see the unlocks happen bit by bit - even if we have seen it before. There's some really nice progression in these series when it unlocks over time.
An all random upgrade run could be pretty funny

I do like seeing you getting the unlocks, plus it also adds a bit more oomph to the memorable bits like getting 18 mana in one turn or getting you first one-turn kill. That said, if you feel like bypassing unlocks now will make it more engaging for the rest of the audience - then by all means do it.

Hi reto I just bought the game because of your playthrough and the “green class” champion is new to 3.0 and they are really wild and I love this series.
Unlocking everything mean the game got more complicated. You might want to unlock for 2, 3 run and see how it feel if you dont feel comfortable with it just revert back lol. Game is for fun
love this game. I played so much on the buss when 2.0 was released for android. SSOOOO much new amazing content in 3.0
This game has the best meta unlock system, it's not more powerful just more quirky. It would be a shame to skip showing off some of that progression, especially while you're still unlocking 10-ish new things every run. The stats > unlocks section of the game should show you 5 things you can try to do for achievements so it can be fun to try to play around those. Once you use the option for everything to be unlocked it would be difficult to go back, so it would be better to wait as long as possible before switching it on. If the unlocks are the same a version 2, you can unlock the 5% randomly generated option in 3 more runs if you play a generate game mode after unlocking it.

Your content is great. People and yourself will get bored unless you either make the series about unlocking achieves or just unlocking all the random goodies. I vote yes. Do the unlocks.
I'm loving this series! One of my favorite combos I got while playing this was with the warden (a defender variant with a lot of shield spaces). I got a tier 5 item that added a shield flesh side (shield equal to current health) and then got the tier 4 chakram, which replaces shields with bows, keeping pips and keywords. It essentially turned the defense-based character into a ranged killer consistently dealing 10 ranged damage. Combined with the spellblade's copycat face, It was very powerful for midgame. The only thing that would have made it better was a healer variant with vitality (adding max hp) to up the damage even further.
I genuinely love this game, the more the merrier and i would actually like to see everything unlocked simply because that could incentivize por people to be interested on the game

Man, I missed the wackiness that can come from builds in this game; I feel like your ability to foretell how things may interact later on in the run really shines through in this game and you come up with so many fun things I would never think of on my own!
Yes on the unlocks from me. Although I hope this would be another longer series, I really do want to see some of the newer locked content and I love the randomized characters. I think it would be a shame to not unlock and then never get to see the new stuff

Steadily unlocking stuff seems fine. I'd only bypass unlocks if unlocking gets too tedious for you. Just play however you enjoy. :)

I think trying it and then turning it off is smart. I love seeing the new unlocks from different achievements, but it probably will get old quick if the unlocks are too slow
I do like the mildly satisfying achievement pop-ups, but am actually in favor of trying with unlocks now. Even without them you'd still be getting pretty decent variation even if there is some overlap though, so good content either way.
If your entire team isn't glowing red at the start of the turn, then the game is going easy on you.
I was originally team no. Yet, now that I've seen how long it takes to unlock new enemies... I'd say if it seems like new enemies would unlock at the same rate and the other modes don't offer any variations on those enemies... then unlock everything to keep it engaging.
I just love the idea of discovering new features and unique aspects of a game as you go; but, not if it involves finding the same mobs over and over again.

I don't think you should bypass unlocks... I enjoy watching you unlock the things it makes it more fun to watch and see what you get next or maybe even go for an unlock as an objective in mind
i would say no to the unlocks because there's definitely a progression going on with the achievements

I personally like seeing unlocks as you go, and it seems like you’re getting a decent amount every run so far. I wouldn’t mind turning off unlocks if they slow down though
I want to see you progress through the whole game. But do the other modes tho i love seeing new stuff being unlocked and tried throughout a series. I am looking forward to seeing more.
I bought Slice and Dice on Itch a few years back and was able to download 3.0 for free. So looks like if you bought it at a cheaper price back in the day you're still good to go.
Personally I enjoy watching things unlock as you play but realistically it's your game so whatever you want
Thoughts: Unlock All after like three episodes. I love this game; I found it back in alpha while it was mobile only; I've kept up with it and purchased it officially on my phone to just have a thing to do. It's really fun, and I think it's not only a good fit for you, but for a lot of Roguetubers. I want you to do a series not only because I love your series (Man brotato was a ride) but because I want this game to get hella popular and keep on living.

I chose to unlock and I keep getting t1 blue hero Meddler look it up. It's like he wants your team to die, 2 sides are cantrip summon enemy bones... wtf? It also says in the confirmation box "this doesn't make it easier just alot more complex".

i dont think you should bypass all unless you want to play a specific mod because i think it would be very overwhelming for people who arent familiar with the game (and I am saying it as someone who plays this game a lot)

Don’t do the “unlock everything” because the achievements feels like the part of gameplay that you will miss in that case.
Hexia is BY FAR the hardest boss in my opinion, at least she is the one I have constant issues against, all others are easier to manage

Without it you're just doing 2.0 beggining all iver again by slowly unlocking the same mosters/items/heroes all over again
I mean some of them take actual effort to unlock that would realistically take you a couple of runs to unlock
