After Effects Tips & Tricks - Textures

It’s pretty versatile, works with any image 😄

Another quick technique is to combine a Wiggle effect with Posterize Time using an expression such as:
posterizeTime(6);
wiggle (25,500)
This way you don't need keyframes.

@@OfficialFabs On the Position value. Instead of clicking the stopwatch, Option-click it then type the expression in the box that appears (remove what's in there already).
