Wonderful, Eric! So many times I’ve been reading OT passages and wondered how the names of the main characters came to mean what the story was about.
Did man just associate that name with that meaning because of the story, or did God tell the parents to give that name because it already had that meaning and somehow that nugget never made it into scripture?
I like the idea that it can be all of the above AND God directing you to that destiny if you submit.
