Despite not understanding any of your language, I was able to understand how to repair the battery. Thankful.
He showed you when your laptop is not working longer. Without power supply. (On battery)
That mean the battery of your laptop is not good.
So he opend battery there are. 6 × batteries which is not AA they are 18650. So it those 6 batteries middle 2 battery are damaged and coz of them 2 rest of your 4 batery is not giving you right backup to your laptop.
So he replaced those middle 2 batteries and its good to go. Your laptop. With work fine without power for some hours.

Never repair laptop battery the way he did. Once the circuit is broke. BMS will be locked, and there will be no supply after changing. Then you have to activate the BMS with another method.

Many Laptop batteries don't allow to replace any cell due to BMS. Please give suggestion to prevent BMS lock during repair.

Same technique I did and replace one battery , even though not charging . It may because of battery internal circuit faulty. ALL COMPONENTS ARE IN CHIP TYPE, pse suggest how to restored charge. If the circuit is faulty , what to do ?

An electronic circuit is built according to exact specifications of battery ratings which is completely overlooked here . This may result in damage of other costly components of laptop .

मेरा laptop not charging दिखाता है और चार्जर निकालते ही off हो जाता है, और जैसा आपने बताया बिलकुल वैसी ही problum मुझे मिली,
मैंने आपकी video की सहायता से अपने laptop की बैटरी रिपेयर की है, लेकिन वह अभी भी ठीक नहीं हुई
और मैंने cell 3.7v भी नए लगाए है,
रिपेयर से पहले उसकी output 9 volt थी, और अब 11.5 volt हो गई है,
लेकिन अब भी not charging दिखाता है??
और अगर मै नई बैटरी लगाता हूँ तो वह बिलकुल ok चलता है और charge भी होता है???
